No, so the auction was in the final hours and the price of the card was well below what I believe it would sell for. I was high bid this morning and then all of a sudden with a few hours to go it was pulled, my guess is they sold it somewhere else cause the back ground was definitely a breaker or card shop. I get it that it’s not sold but if you put it up for auction you shouldn’t be able to pull it down.
I agree. While very unethical, they are allowed to end auctions early unfortunately. Ending an auction early (with bids) requires the seller to still pay the Final Value Fee of the current auction price. They must have deemed it worth their while to still pay the fees and end the auction early. I know I've had to do it a couple of times when I made a typo in the listing but I've never ended one with less than ~3 days left.
Just happened to go into target with my wife right after the shelf was stocked. Felt the back of Bowman packs and got 5 with the security tag. No idea what I bought but I’ll post pics if I get anything numbered. Haven’t ripped packs since I was a kid with my dad.
Left the target bag in the back of my wifes car after running errands so I won't be able to open until she gets home from work today.
Walmart had Prizm hangars so I grabbed four. Packs were a bust. Toney and Amon Ra were the highlight rookies. However, last of the bonus packs was a Tlaw red white and blue.
Went to Target and Walmart today. Target was not stocked. Walmart was stocked with more draft products from panini and leaf.
I've got a big binder full of 1st bowmans. I'll occasionally look through it, and it's exclusively me mumbling, "wtf is this guy?"
Pretty sure sapphire was limited to one per person and they actually canceled orders of people who tried to get more (at least what I was seeing on Twitter) so I doubt many breakers going to have a lot of that product. I thought that was actually pretty cool, gave people who wanted a box to rip for fun to actually buy it without a markup from bots/volume buyers
Dumb question but when Fanatics take over, are Topps and Panini cards still going to look the same and say as such on the card? Is Fanatics just taking over rights and distributing?
Fanatics bought Topps so that's going to stay the same. As far as Panini only time will tell I guess.
I know Panini has said they're not selling but I bet we see some kind of agreement so that Fanatics can use good sets like Prizm, Optic, Contenders, etc Similar to what Panini did when they got into cards and kept a lot of products from old brands like Donruss, Certified, and Select Who knows if Fanatics will be any good but I'm full 3.9 inches thinking about football coming back to Topps Chrome
Yeah I wouldn't mind seeing them sell Donruss, Playoff and Pinnacle to fanatics so we can see those brands have the licensing for all 3 major sports at once.
guys i have a jack suwinski bowman chrome 1st auto ... it has recently spiked significantly given his recent performance. that's an obvious sell now right?
