we moved down to the first base line for the bottom half so we could be close to catch the train. of course sitting in the totally empty back row was a national security crisis and some hardo security guard made us move actual stadium is pretty nice honestly but it’s really kinda sterile and bougie tbh. you can tell how they tried to recreate an old park feel in the right field concourse but it falls flat because that shoulda been the whole stadium imo. solid atmosphere actual field itself is a joke of course

I meant to bring this up when that story first got reported, but I’m happy the Canadian vax requirement superseded rizzo’s doctor he was paying to say he was better off without the vax. He would do a weekly radio hit in Chicago and last year before he got traded and the host asked him if he was vaccinated because he assumed the answer was yes. (Paraphrasing) Rizzo instead goes “uh no, my doctor says I don’t need it”. Whoops
