I don’t think it matters anymore especially not for a school like OSU, but I feel like I remember the northern schools pushing for summer OVs so it wouldn’t be so cold during kids’ visits.
Summer makes more sense so they have more time to visit. Trying to travel after a Friday night game seems terrible. Also weather
I'm just happy Coach Harsin decided to not go to a school 20 minutes away with 4 top 200 players. Good move for Auburn, didn't want him
ND is basically waiting to find out if Noah Rogers commits this week because if he does then Hartline will cancel four-star Rico Flores’ weekend official. Dude is a sorcerer and I hope he never leaves.
It honestly sucks for the kids because they don’t experience what true student life is outside of football. Partying and nightlife is a massive part of officials, regardless of what coaching staffs try to push. Also probably good news for ND that they’ve moved to the summer.
Those are good points but I would venture that most kids who come on an OV have already been on an unofficial and seen that or will in the fall. One of my buddies in college played at OSU and I went out with them a few times while they were hosting recruits and it's pretty wild the special treatment they got and that was 15 years ago.
It's why we go after speed. Need to take the top off the defense and then come back to the ball as it's under thrown
Do you have a 300lb DL that is capable of playing like 8 snaps a game to tack on and sweeten the deal? Would also consider a K or P option
second most important trait for our WR's after speed, can they box the DB out as the ball slowly falls from the sky?
