Are there certain instructors for newer people? I’ve been hanging out with Matt and Bradley. Both seem to be pretty chill and Matt works on technique every class I’ve taken
All instructors have easier classes. Do the beginners program like Ohai suggested or just choose beginners rides and see what instructors you like.
I'm pretty sure she meant that metaphorically, like she felt hungover after Roe v. Wade was overturned and felt wiped from all the mental anguish, etc. She definitely referenced Roe like 8 times on that ride without saying it by name ("we're not laying our guns down and stopping fighting, we're only going to fight harder" during "21 Guns") etc. Or if she really is a shitty person maybe she did get drunk, but doubt Peloton would publish a ride where she said that and meant it

I did 50 miles this month. I don't think I've ever topped 200. I need to get back over 100 this month though.
you can do it on the app too. At the bottom of the Home Screen you’ll see the tabs. Hit the challenges and it will show you the current ones and future ones. I try and join everything to keep motivated. It also is an easy way to keep track of your mileage.

TBQH 400 should be easy. 450 probably a stretch. 500 damn near impossible. 400 is a little under 13 a day which I can do and still take a couple days off. 450 and 500 we are talking 14.5 to a little over 16 a day which is probably pushing if I want to do anything else. I’m going to try my best but idk why I thought I could. Should have done the math first lol
Haha when I saw your profile and it showed 50+ hours of workouts the last 30 days I figured I had to come out of the gate strong. Believe me I’m still feeling this ride in my legs
i stretch a lot and do a lot of meditation so it adds to the time lol. I am just going to have to stay close and keep you from getting too far ahead.
