Those states are: 1. Texas 2. Oklahoma 3. Louisiana 4. Idaho 5. Tennessee 6. Kentucky 7. Missouri 8. North Dakota 9. South Dakota 10. Utah 11. Wyoming 12. Mississippi 13. Arkansas If you’re an attorney, or are not but are willing to do some legal research regarding the abortion statutes in any of these states, I could really use your help. Most concerning is the contours of the Texas law allowing a private right of action to sue individuals who help someone get an abortion.
