If you were wondering if it was a short term or per appearance deal, appears it’s a full fledged contract
That black haired ref needs to go away he fucked up multiple matches on his counts. Overall super fun. The fans ran out of steam by the end of the main event though. I think part of it was half the crowd wanted tanahashi to win. Also mox bladed at a weird time when he hadn’t been hit
They probably also getting tired of this post main event brawl since it’s been happening on dynamite for like three weeks now
Fucking awesome show. Enjoyed every bit of it. Excited to see where Miro being misted goes. The inevitable Miro vs Brody King match is going to be great. Happy for PAC. Hope Cole is okay, these injuries are piling up. Also, Claudio showing up was fucking great and that pop he got was well deserved. Some great matches tonight.
good site for high quality zero hassle replays, they actually start uploading parts during the show https://wrestlinglive.in/aew-x-njpw-forbidden-door-2022-ppv-6-26-2022-live-full-show-online/
Vince is a POS, but that's not new news. She made that allegation in 1992 on national TV. Vince has gotten away with a ton of shit for years.
Watching the replay. I think Cole got the concussion on the drop kick preceding the landslide, both from Okada, because the back of his head bounced off the mat on the dropkick. He seemed to be moving fine and acting normal before that. Cole didn't look like he was putting in any effort to protect himself on the landslide as he didn't wrap his arms around Okada and they were basically limp like wet noodles, so I think he was out of it from the dropkick. Appears Jay White knew something was up because he was talking directly into the refs ear right after the three count and the ref and medical checked on him right away. Don't know how he knew because I didn't see any communication between the two, unless Cole collapsing to the mat avoid the Rainmaker clued him in. Either way, looks like White called an audible on his to prevent any further harm to Cole.
I know it would have been a waste for a pop, but Forbidden Door needed Omega to come out to Devil's Sky. Hopefully next time.
