But bad on Topps for allowing this to happen. The whole autograph process needs to change. Pay/pay for the athlete to come into the offices and sign….
I think it’s a breath of fresh air. They acknowledged the error and are going above and beyond to fix it. Try calling Panini about an error they made. Then call Topps to say hi. Because they actually answer the phone and are extremely helpful.
Watched a couple openings of Prizm Basketball and one of the Lamello inserts is misprinted as a rookie. And I guess the base rookies are photoshopped pictures but the autos aren't.
From someone who experienced Topps “fix” I expect them to get back a Jo Adell bowman non rookie base, two packs of topps opening day and a Cody Bellinger stadium club red foil.
Yes they came in soft plastic sealed bags, I had about 5 of those Jordan team bags in the 90's. Bags were of decent quality but it was hard to keep anything in good shape as the bags were a bit oversized.

IMO, yes. I know a guy who was in last years NFL rookie class, and he was telling me that the compensation offered wasn’t worth all the autos he had to do. I imagine that’s what most the athletes would say too.
I've always thought it was a strange model. With as many products as they put out these guys must be signing 10s of thousands of autos. If you've got a 9 figure contract, who cares about $20 a card, or even $100 or whatever they are paying.
Prizm has so many parallels and sets that it's almost inevitable they would hit one from one of the 6 guys in the product being chased. Pretty sure the gold vinyl RPA Nike swoosh of T-Law was pulled by a nobody breaker.
In a matter of ~6 weeks they've hit the most hyped chase card of the year (LeBron Triple Logoman), the Warriors Triple Logoman (right after winning the title), and then this. The Lance is probably just a random hit but you can't tell me there's something weird going on when they have hit two of the biggest cards in Flawless within weeks of each other. Remember when they conned someone out of that T-Law and we all decided they'd do a charity giveaway to distract? Yeah, they did that exact thing a couple weeks ago.
Also, I went to Target on my way home from work and it was the first time in a while I saw some decent stuff. Ending up getting some Bowman Megas.

Sell immediately too, those college cards lose value quickly. Unless the kid just enjoys having it of course.
Feel like I'm about over card collecting again...the overprinting again, the scammy companies and shady breaks, poor quality of the product now....and getting scammed on ebay making me not trust buying some singles now....just has taken some of the fun out of it
I've had to alter how I've collected over the past year. I will buy baseball/football/basketball if i stumble on something good, but soccer and F1 have become my go to.
Yeah totally just luck at this point, Rrrrrrright. I can see a few of them but they are pulling some of the biggest cards in all these sets. Why arnt they pulling the 1of1 Noah Grey or 1 of 1 of some scrub nba draft pick.
How did you get scammed? With their buyer protection, it seems very hard to get screwed as a buyer these days.
