Well he needs to provide something on offense to at least attract some defenders. 3rd year in summer league and 2 made baskets is terrible. He also had 4 assists in 1st quarter, finished with 4. He should he dominating summer league and sadly looks like same guy he's been
If Killian were good, we’re probably not in a position to land Cade or Ivey. I’ll just chalk it up as a bad draft pick, that kind of ended up working out for us.
Pistons beat writers before summer league : super important summer league for Killian, staff expects him to dominate being its his 3rd summer league After 1 summer league game where killian makes 2 shots and doesn't get an assists after 1st quarter, same beat guys : Killian has shown enough and doesn't need to play anymore
This guys bitching is out of control. The coach is trying to win the game. If the Pistons coach did the same thing, you wouldn’t hear a peep.
No he really is done. Those posts today from our beat writers about how he showed enough game one were clearly fed to them by front office to explain him not playing today
He's not a very likeable guy either. He was suspended and missed his last college game for punching a player the previous game
Casey said Ivey was fighting them in the back. It can't be that bad. Just no reason to play him anymore
Lmao I just mowed the lawn, what the hell happened? Luckily most these guys never going to see real minutes so who cares
Refs getting paid by the minute apparently today Lmao and then they make a terrible call after a challenge
I realize they are kind of geared for showing up well in these kind of games but man do Ivey and Duran look good
If Sheed wants to come off the bench for a title contender in a couple years, I'll welcome him as a player. I don't need him poisoning the brains of a nucleus that is too young to drink at the bar.
On 25 June 2015, Radičević was drafted with the 57th overall pick of the 2015 NBA draft by the Denver Nuggets.[10] He played for the Nuggets during 2017 NBA Summer League. On 22 November 2020, his draft rights were traded to the Detroit Pistons.[11]
Former draft pick of Denver who was for some reason included in our sign and trade for Jerami Grant (which I think was done to give Denver a trade exception because we only gave up "cash")
So if you want to go back, we traded "cash considerations" for Nerlens Noel, Alec Burks, Kemba, multiple 2nd rd picks, Jalen Duren and "cash considerations"
Radicevic, 28, played for Lietkabelis in 2021-22. For the team based in Panevezys, he logged 6.8 points, 4.2 assists, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game in the 7DAYS EuroCup as his side reached the Playoffs but was knocked out in the Eightfinals by future champion Virtus Segafredo Bologna. His 8.4 points, 3.7 assists, 1.8 rebounds, and 0.4 steals per Betsafe LKL contest powered a brilliant run past Zalgiris and into the Finals of the Playoffs but Rytas was ultimately crowned champion in Lithuania. Readying to return to Spain’s Liga Endesa, Bilbao is projected to be his fourth team in the ACB following UCAM Murcia, Gran Canaria, and Sevilla, now named Coosur Real Betis. Spain has been the recurring theme in his career but further experiences include Poland’s Trefl Sopot, Greece’s Promitheas, Italy’s Dolomiti Energia Trento, and Serbia’s Crvena Zvezda mts. Dude is a worse 3 point shooter than Hayes, despite playing his whole career at the international distance. His highest volume year he shot 28% taking 4.2 a game for Dolomiti Energia Trentino in Lega Serie A.
Is all this talk about Livers “potentially” starting at the 4 real? Or am I consuming too much content that is overlap of Michigan/Pistons fans? I feel like if we’re going to go small I would rather start Livers at 3 and Bey at 4. Or even Burks at 3. I feel like livers is a 20 min per night guy not a starter at this point
I think this summer league is obvious they intend on giving Stewart a shot at the 4. But I think Livers and Bey at 3 and 4 is a lineup we see at times
I think Bey is definitely the small ball 4 and I’m assuming a lot of what I read is from fans of Livers from uofm I’m very interested in seeing what Motown Marv does with a full year here. If he lives up to being a lottery pick, we’re successful, and he keeps that nickname he will be an all time favorite Piston to me
I think Bagley and Stewart could be starting 4-5 although I don't see the bench bigs being Duren and Noel. Not sure how Olynyk factors into it. If duren is going to be on limited minutes I could see Olynyk and Noel. But if Duren is getting big minutes I think he makes most sense to play along Stew than he does with Bagley (both lob threats) or Noel (no floor spacing with both of them)
I think he’s pretty firmly a rotation 3. It’s just the talk at 4 that surprises me. If feel like we have a lot of rotation bigs + Bey for that
I don't think there's really any difference between the 3 and 4 if Livers and Bey are playing it together. It's basically the same thing. Only reason Livers might be considered the PF in that scenario is he's not that athletic and probably better suited to guard slower/worse offensive players than Bey. I'm going to continue to assume Stewart and Bagley start at the 4/5 until they give me a reason to change that opinion (or Bagley gets hurt, which history suggests will happen sometime in the first month).
