So apparently Odesza is already confirmed for a headliner spot for next year. I’m starting to think it’s going to be RHCP, Lizzo, Odesza.
Damn, would love to see Odesza again at Roo but we will more than likely go to this instead that weekend.
Never been to Bonaroo but thinking of making it this upcoming year as my one “don’t have to be a dad “ trip
I don’t think Roo was one of them. It likely wasn’t LiveNation festivals or he would have been booked for more than one. Bonnaroo was reportedly done with him after the last two times. I’m guessing GovBall/Firefly or Lolla/Oshega. Given they could all be LN and I’ve forgotten.
"C3 Presents’ Project Manager of US Festivals Brad Parker and Marketing Director Cory Smith sit down with us and explain the new “uncoupled” ticket buying options Bonnaroo fans will have for 2023. Do you want to camp in GA, but get a seat on the hill for a What Stage act? Now, you can!"
Good stuff. I add new albums all year to a big playlist and just go through that when not listening to festival playlists.
If you listen to Spotify, there’s a newish thing called ‘Blend’ you can search for it on there. But you ‘blend’ with a friend and its creates a playlist of mixed artists you both listen to. Easy was to find new music

My only experience with EDM or EDM adjacent music on What Stage was Deadmau5 which was horrible. Has it gotten any better?
Why was it horrible? I was there but not close. Also he played a slow/low energy set. Folks were confused.
I just remember the crowd being dead AF and people streaming out halfway through. It seems like those shows are better on smaller stages where the crowd can feed off of each other's energy. What is so massive and a lot of people use it as a time to relax. Shit, even if you don't want to see that show you still go and sit down just to watch.
Ya I watched from the back for a while but it was so slow and I noticed people kept leaving. I left early with my brother (his first time there) for RtJ. He didn’t know what we were doing. I said trust me. We got like 5 or 6 rows from the front. He was hooked after that show. So amazing.
Was at the Deadmau5 and Odeza shows. Agreed on Deadmau5 being =\ Odeza was an awesome show all around and will be pumped to see them this year. Edit: I wanted to see Deadmau5 at The Other on the 2021 Flood lineup
