If this guy had left a second or two earlier, he prob would have been killed. Gotta mess w your mind.
Nurse driving a car too expensive for her like a fucking maniac, with mental health issues? I for one, am shocked.
Small sample size, but every nurse I know is either a straight edge mom who married young, or a psycho pill head who maybe blows doctors for pills.
Yea I'd say that's pretty accurate - it always concerns the hell out of me when I see girls that I know are like nurse anesthetist or something raging at 6am at an afterparty. "So, when is your next shift?"
I'm not sure how the outcomes are comparable - though the negligence in that one could have just as easily resulted in something similar.
tmz ran a pic of her in the car after the first wreck with what looked like a bottle of Smirnoff in the cup holder, she was prob drunk
And can only imagine what her insurance (if she actually had it) would be after 13 accidents. Still can’t wrap my head around how she could do that sober. Unless it was a suicide attempt or she was on her phone. But her eyes would have to be off the road for such a long time. You’d have to be watching fucking Netflix or something to not have any kind of idea of the traffic situation ahead and still be speeding like that. Or if she thought she could just shoot the gap between cars then that makes it even worse. Only thing I can really come up with is she’s schizophrenic. And maybe she thought every white (or any color) car was people following her and out to get her. So she was fleeing for her life. Idk.
Maybe she is just a POS and a horrible driver and this has nothing to do with mental health. I don’t get the need to blame mental health issues every time an asshole does something fucked up.
I'd really like to know how she still had a license if she legitimately had 13 wrecks. Is she actually blind? Were some of them DUIs?
i don’t think we know anything. We also don’t know the details or the accidents. Does “she was in 13 accidents” mean she was at fault in each? Were some minor? Any of them DUIs etc
I feel like getting to 13 means she's probably at fault for quite a few or is the unluckiest person alive.
I wasn’t needing to blame mental health at all. Just trying to figure out how a sober person could do that. The schizo thing was just one of multiple ways I was trying to rationalize it. I don’t doubt that you could be dead on with your take. Guess I just don’t like to think that people that can drive like that and have had 13 wrecks are on the road with me. Separate thought but along the same lines. I’ve always thought the driving age minimum should be older than 16. Especially now with cell phones.
I saw a picture of her after the accident and it doesn’t look like she has a scratch on her. She also is sitting pretty “normal” so it doesn’t look like she was drunk and if she was trying to kill herself you’d assume she would have some injuries from not wearing a seatbelt.
I really hope they can make the murder charges stick. The thought that someone can be that negligent behind the wheel is horrifying. Perfect story to show anyone that is afraid of flying.
I am not condoning one’s desire to diagnose another when they do something bad, but I get it. I used to do it constantly. Sometimes I still do, but I try not to. For me, I have this need to believe that people aren’t at fault for doing bad shit. I guess I just don’t want humans to be bad, ever. But I know it’s a fantasy and I am much better off if I just try to keep my side of the street clean and not try and figure out what’s going on in someone else’s head. It’s a work in progress and probably always will be, but there is progress.
Ive come clean with my issues so I guess I try to advocate for myself and others like me. Turning to the “they did something shitty so they must have mental health issues “ stigmatizes “me” and has people look at “me” like I can snap and do something like this. I put “me” in quotes because I mean me and people who deal with similar issues.
Not that it would've helped in the 100mph vs 35 crash, but the first thing I look at with a car is the side impact test rating. Our necks and bodies in general just can't do that side-to-side. Make sure what ever you buy is 5 star side impact.
Wasn't there a video of her sitting up on the stretcher the other day when this first happened or am I misremembering that?
Yea she sat up on the stretcher but it looked borderline manic. Cocaine and a severe brain trauma along with significant burns is probably a recipe for disaster.
Someone mentioned this cartoon tvfunhouse had about her always being fucked up along with RDJ and Margot kidder. Which btw is fucking hilarious
I would imagine there was probably a severe amount of brain swelling after the wreck from the head trauma.
Maybe her team is setting up this narrative. Start some sympathy for her so she gets reduced charges because she barley survived.
Yeah, this. I couldn’t tell if she was sitting up or still moving while on the stretcher, but she easily could’ve had severe cerebral edema and/or have had a brain hemorrhage after the fact. Those don’t usually present themselves immediately after the injury.
