https://www.si.com/college/2022/08/...cruiting-class-of-2023-prospect-rankings-si99 8% of SI's top 99 players going into their senior year are committed to ND. Feels good, and will feel bad when that goes to 6% :(
I don’t think he was a bad guy and he isn’t as odd as your last couple guys. He’ll give you a corporate, buttoned up look as the face of the program, and get cocky when/if he gets good, but players parents have said they hadn’t seen or spoke to him since recruiting and he’s not really a hands on guy. If he wins, this could really work for you since your program really seems to need this type of structure. ND needed a more dynamic guy to push the program and we think Freeman was perfect for right now as the face. We needed a cool factor. You needed structure, since LSU as a brand is pretty dope with your NFL pipeline. Time will tell, but it feels like both sides got exactly what they needed for the time we’re in now.
Peyton Bowen says he wants to make his "final decision" before the start of his senior year, which doesn't sound good to me
Loy is hinting nd told them they had to either de-commit and take visits or lock it down by the start of the season.
thats the right way to do it, at the end of the day NDs not going to pull an offer because they keep visiting or replace either with a 3 star flyer
Didn't Novosad also take one last visit to Baylor too and not do it at the start of a dead period? If he visited ND and TAMU the moment before the dead period started then sat on the decision for a few weeks, I don't think Baylor would be feeling great either.
I honestly don’t know if it makes too much sense now a lot willdepend on what we can get from NBC. They’re paying ~350m for 12-13 b1g games, so are they they are willing to pay >$100m to ND for 7 games, and we can still make the playoffs, I say fuck the big10
No one said ND feels great here, just that hopefully the drama ends sooner than later and making a "final" decision will curb some of the drama
I don’t know about this, even if they stick for now they can still change their mind during the season. This feels like pressuring them out the door for nothing. It’s recruiting now. You got to keep everything open
The coach d vs Loy saga coming down to keeley. Loy says nd feels better about Bowen and d says keeley sticks
then there would only be one left, who is it you ask? and I don’t know what the answer to that question is Spoiler mike frank
We have a kicker playing CB because he is a terrible kicker and we’re honoring his scholarship. He was class of 2020 as a recruit, and kicked some when our normal kicker caught Covid. He got beat out by a transfer in 2021. He got beat out by two transfers in 2022. He’s an honors student in finance in the third year of a four year scholarship and he remains a part of the team as long as he wants to use those four years.
Sure sure likely story the old honor student kicker got beat out by transfers year after year turned DB, heard it a million times
His film is pretty damn good if he is really 6-3. Besides head coach input the ability for this staff to have really quality plan b guys ready to go. QB was a fuckup but probably thought it was ok with carr in the bag
Lol tj34 with a real post for once on keeley basically confirming this uncle came out of the woodwork and wants the bag and it’s not gonna end well unless keeley and his mom put an end to it.
