after he found out about kim calling his bluff and confessing he didnt want to be saul goodman anymore
Well, I’ll probably catch shit for this but I didn’t like that ending. Of course, I caught tons of shit for not liking how BB ended, too. I don’t feel like explaining myself at this time.
I think if I could change one thing I would have ended it with them standing in that visitation room.
Will be interesting to see what AMC has up their sleeves once the OG Walking Dead is done later this year. They've been relying on the Breaking Bad Universe and Walking Dead gravy trains for well over a decade now. None of the TWD spinoffs have done nearly as well as the original.
We got Saul in the finale bargaining for his plea. And we got Jimmy, coming clean and among his criminal people. Him getting out in 7 years would have just meant nothing mattered. And there were no consequences.
Saul still found his purpose. It's clear he's well liked in the prison. Plus I assume he's still doing the lawyer thing. A good jailhouse lawyer will always have it made. You could tell he loved the attention on the bus too.
I have cable and everywhere i look including streaming I’m only finding it free from season 6 episode 8 and on. Anyone know where I can watch 1-7 free?
He’d rather be locked up Jimmy for the rest of his life vs free in 7 years? Seems iffy edit: the only thing I can think of is that Kim told him to turn himself in and he did
I watched them on a steaming site. I want to say it was called TVLive or something along those lines. I could find the exact link when I’m on my laptop tomorrow.
I think they’re off of AMC+ too. Had something to do with their streaming deal with Netflix, I heard.
Now I'm in denial it's over. The wife has agreed to watch breaking bad with me once I get back from Ireland so at least I have that going for me
Had the series ended with him saying “I only need one juror” with the little smirk that would have been enough for me. That scene was so great watching him shift in and out of character in front of Marie. Kinda like BB I almost feel everything was too wrapped up and left nothing for interpretation. I don’t mind him getting his redemption and owning up, but it did all feel rushed. Liked Kim pulling off a “con” to get into the prison, hopefully she can start being herself again, lady couldn’t even recommend a fucking restaurant over the red lobster.
Welp, time to do a total rewatch of both shows. The only question is do I do a straight run from BCS through BB or look up the timeline some nerd on Reddit probably already has mapped out to watch it in chronological order?
