Fwiw I don’t think you hallucinated it, at the time I thought it was creepy messiah-y stuff too. But then Trump came along and I discovered I had no fucking clue what that sort of thing actually looked like because we hadn’t really experienced it before in this country. No one was ruining their boats by plastering Obama’s name over it. And for sure no one was storming capitol buildings in his name.

That's going to be difficult considering he was on Trump's list of candidates. Firing him for doing his job will not help in the subsequent appeal
Just read the tweets posted above and I’m guessing the judge made it so she can fire him for doing his job, which makes perfect sense in Trump world.

Something I was listening to said the president can declassify what he wants but there is a process. If that process isn't followed, it's still classified. So idk what the holdup is here

This is what is behind the bonkers Texas filing. But the documents are marked classified and there is literally nothing in the record to indicate that they are declassified. So even if the government doesn’t get a presumption of regularity here, Trump has to offer literally any evidence of their declassification. His attorneys have very deliberately avoided doing anything of the sort.
