I don’t have a problem with his haircut as much as I do him looking like an inbred offensive lineman who just signed a LOI with Boise State.
I agree with y’all he looked doofy, but it’s a fucking after credits scene in fucking She Hulk. Thanos looked way better once he was a main character in a movie as opposed to his first cameo after the credits.
Until I see it on screen I’m not believing any Mephisto rumor anymore. I think that’s be a great casting though.
I really couldn’t care less. Thought the show had some good moments and overall was good/ok. He def looked dumbed especially after the comic pic was posted. Im surprised people are still shocked that people get outraged about inconsequential stuff when it comes to Marvel movies, GoT and LoTR.
I’m not shocked that idiots continue to have idiotic takes. I just will continue to point out their idiocy.
To that point, the haircut almost seems intentionally irritating. "Here's a potentially huge character reveal...but look at his stupid haircut!"
For some reason I didn't see the tweet about the Hulk kid at first and was confused as to why people online were upset with Harrison Ford's haircut. After seeing the tweet I'm still confused why people are mad, but at least I know what they're talking about now.
Phase Zero ranked their MCU TV spots. I’ll add mine: Beyond God Tier: 1: WandaVision 2: Loki (WWBN special) 3: Moon Knight God Tier: 4: Hawkeye 5: She-Hulk Demi-God: 6. Ms Marvel 7. Falcon & WS 8. What If?
Tier 1: Loki WandaVision Tier 2: Hawkeye What If? Tier 3: Moon Knight Ms. Marvel Falcon & WS She-Hulk
Think I'm higher on F&WS than others. #notmycap is probably about the most hateable character the MCU has ever produced. Also really great dynamic between Sam and Bucky plus all of the great scenes from Zemo. I haven't watched Ms Marvel or She-Hulk yet but F&WS, Moon Knight, and Hawkeye all fall together in enjoyment, for entirely different reasons, after Loki and WV, which were both amazing.
I'd put it right at the bottom personally. Some of the characters were fine but the overall story was super dumb in my opinion.
Didn't see Ms Marvel so won't put it anywhere. Tier 1 (Loved it) Loki Moon Knight Hawkeye Tier 2 (Liked it, but don't need to rewatch) Falcon & Winter Soldier Wanda Vision What If? Tier 3 (Did not like) She-Hulk Falcon and Winter Soldier was tough to place for me. The best stuff from that show was awesome. But they tried to do way too much and the overall show wasn't great.
So we've reached the point where Twitter is just going to shit on everything since MCU. Like, I get if the incels didn't like the girl power of certain shows...but this looks like a return to the most important thing to happen in the MCU since Endgame and the comments under the video are still a cesspool.
I don't typically...but it appears that account's followers seem to be worse than most. Lots of positivity and praise on the YT comments, for comparison.
Just watched the final fight scene of Love and Thunder again. I still maintain the giving kids powers thing was cool and fun "Eat my hammer" is as cheesy as I thought it was the first time Loved them including Heimdal's son What struck me when I watched in theaters and still this time: the explanation for the breaking of the sword/partially combining with Mjolnir was lacking terribly. In a comics version of Gorr, the only way he's stopped is because the sword turns against him - that feels a little like what they were trying to do when the sword is broken and tries to recombine into Mjolnir...but there's some weapon lore or something that just makes the scene confusing. It's otherwise a solid final fight scene. As mentioned, Gorr is wildly underutilized and developed as a whole in the movie. Bale could have crushed more back story on that character.
