I’m pretty sure I saw a $75 million dollar KState facility a couple months ago, this is not a selling point anymore. These coaches all want that “Tuck Coming” deal now

Issue with MS coaches is they can’t sign long term deals. Think the max contract state employees are allowed is 4 years. I’m sure there are creative ways to make it better, but probably not ideal when being offered something like 8 years elsewhere.

When Bower was coaching Southern Miss they set up as an automatic yearly extension if he won 7 plus games or something like that.
