He’s pretty popular among most folks here it seems and does a lot for the community, but that could also be the case. I need to find the pic, but I recognized behind me in a drive thru once like 5 years ago and he actually got out of his car and came up to take a selfie with me and my son, so always thought that was cool :)

Ha, not me sir. I just enjoyed brunch with my dad and kids and we’re about to head to the park. I’m actually more relieved than anything, as well as elated to have a legit title. I’m also excited about getting a lot less text messages now, was on about 6 different chains this year (friends from college, HS, law school, work, little league, etc) and got so annoying that i turned off notifications on all of them ;)

It is, but hell Chapman has been 16-17m the last few years and he hasn't been good. I'd be worried about the volatility of RP but Diaz has been elite so I get it.
