You should open the CYPB immediately and try it: enjoy it for what it is. It’s an allocated bottle with absurd secondary markup. If you hold the bottle, you’ll never enjoy it for FOMO on that secondary valuation. Conversely, if you open it, you’ll have something unique to go back to and even offer a friend when they’re over.

Gotcha, lemme know if you ever see anything and I"ll do the same. I'm going to check out Stadium Liquors (Covington) Friday I believe. They have a bourbon rewards program where you can get bottles sometimes just for being a member. Other high end bottles you need to earn points like Cork n Bottle (or whatever its name is now) does (which is literally impossible to get enough points to get the allocated stuff).
I saw Stadium's post with their rewards wall for this year, impressive. I don't make it down to NKY enough to stop in there very often, but I'm in Louisville a ton so if there's anything you're looking for let me know, some semi-hard to find bottles are easier down there.

Annual drive by flex- BIL treated me to William Larue Weller and pre-fire Heaven Hill tonight. The latter might be the best bourbon I’ve ever tasted.
