The Bears look like they wanted to intentionally kill Justin Fields, that was absolutely pathetic play calling by them. I guess they're trying to tank as well.
There is just no scenario where passing it there makes any sense. With this defense you cannot give them anything more than about 15s on offense.
It would help if the Bucs could stop shitting the bed. I swear the only reason it's still Mariota is bc we're "in the hunt" (to get knocked out first round). Once that's done, it's Ridder time
Falcons haven't beat the Steelers in like a couple of decades iirc. Fully expected this would be a loss.
We are going to go the whole season not getting any better in any area, not developing any players and with some going backwards, not getting to evaluate Ridder at all, getting terrible draft position and also missing the playoffs. just honestly about the worst type of season we could've possibly had
I was going to say that it looks like we're going to not play near as well the rest of the season given the last couple of games, but the rest of the NFC is pretty shitty so we'll still have a crappy draft position.
Going in to the off-season not knowing if you need to get a QB is going to be extremely frustrating if he doesn't play.
Makes those meaningless wins even more maddening. Can’t wait to draft some OG from Prairie View CC with the 13th pick
At a bar right now and this guy from Boston comes in and says he tried to go into the Falcons game. Didn’t give a shit about either team, just wanted to check out the stadium and what not. Went to the ticket office after game had already started and they made him scan something so he could get on Ticketmaster. Lowest price was $160 for him to get in so he left. Great job Falcons.
So can Ridder not even hand the ball off? Guess we won’t be drafting high enough for a QB but can we at least see what he has?
I'm hoping this means Ridder starts coming out of the bye week. Falcons are out of the playoff hunt with this loss.
