Why is that young man not in school? I'm concerned about his academic commitment. Seriously though, I'm always amazed at these kids, they are so much more mature and driven than I was at that age. Chad is worth whatever he wants.
The part where he was supposed to be an ee but needs to take his second Spanish class or whatever so is enrolling in June whole other schools are throwing guaranteed nil offers at him is just flat impressive
Edwards committed to Colorado. I am happy for me to have another school to root against. And I am. Happy for Colorado that someone cares enough to root against them.
Maybe I’m just jealous/jaded, but there doesn’t appear to be much benefit of being an early adopter to Deion in Colorado if you’re a kid like Edwards Unlike Lincoln Riley where it seemed like tgere was real potential for immediate success, it seems like realistic expectations for Colorado are probably slightly below .500 with a stretch goal of like 8-4. There seems to be more benefit to see how the year goes and join him after one year in the transfer portal, vs sitting through a rough year and maybe having him bring in someone above you next year. Just bizarre to go all in on an experiment like that
Yeah, Edwards is their first top 300 recruit since the 2020 class lol He’s going to get a dozen very talented transfers and a handful more top 300 recruits, but that is a team bereft of talent completely
I doubt it, they'll be better, may even get to 9-10 wins in the PAC but they won't be a threat to win anything important imo.
That being said, very annoying we’re opening with them next year, so we won’t have time to prep for whatever schematic tweaks the new coach gives

Yeah, that first momentum from Freeman was not going to last forever especially with a season like nd just had. Next year will be absolutely crucial for his tenure. I say that with a lot of optimism though, so do not jump on me for being negative people
