https://www.getfootballnewsfrance.com/2022/reims-suspend-manager-oscar-garcia/ The FM kid is interim... again.
We have bungled this situation so badly that Nuno is probably the best choice. I guess the good news is I’m not used to watching us score goals so the consistency will be nice.
Do midseason appointments usually drag on like this? It doesn’t feel imminent. Nuno to Conte announcements were one day apart, Ole -> Carrick -> Ragnick took two weeks.
I think Wolves were doing whatever it took to land Loptegui, and when that fell through, they basically said “uhhh what now?” I wouldn’t be shocked if the result yesterday gives them the resolve to push everything out another week. And if the results continue to be decent, I could see them just waiting to appoint a permanent manager during the WC window.
This would be amazing. A bunch of dudes spurn Chelsea for Barca, I’m sure part of that decision for some was TT as Chelsea manager.
I wondered when we’d get around to discussing the fact that Xavi is, you know, not a very good manager.
Honestly this is probably the best option. Just wait out Loptegui‘s sick dad for a few months and then give him another shot.
I think Beale could’ve done well for y’all. But I think it was probably the right decision to stay at QPR
Sounds like poch is scared to come to a big club. More comfortable with teams who have never won anything.
I get why they did it but this Norwich squad is a lot worse than previous Norwich teams that got promoted
