You will get Gary Danielson beating the same horse into the ground that has been dead since he started beating it in week 1 and you will like it.
P12 network has to have the worst signal-to-noise ratio in the history of television. I've probably read a million headlines about the damn network and I'm not sure I've been in a room with that TV channel on more than a half dozen times in my life
I don’t think anyone on this website believed the nonsense Kliakoff was spouting but there’s still humor in this
A guy who apparently covers Oklahoma HS sports is definitely the source I trust on all things Pac-12 media rights.
I think the complexities refers more to the negotiations with Fox and ESPN on what it would mean for them to let OUt go early and how each network would be compensated.
Fox has half the Big 12's TV rights, so at most we're talking, what, 10 games total? Edit: Just looked it up. Texas and OU played 10 combined games on Fox networks in 2022.
They will prob swap this season's schedule so we should get to host Oklahoma on their way out. Hope they make it opening week.
Michigan at Texas in 2024 is currently a FOX game. If they went to SEC in 24, that would be an ESPN/ABC game.
What happens if the B12 just keeps #Texas Longhorns and #Oklahoma Sooners ??? We'll give them #Missouri Tigers , #Texas AandM Aggies alt and throw in #Arkansas Razorbacks too if they want em. #South Carolina Gamecocks can go away and the SEC will be right again #Florida Gators is already at their pre Spurrier mediocrity, so we're getting close.
Relegate us to ACC if you're doing this. Noles wear garnet and have half our last year's roster so they can be our replacement
I would straight up take the trade if it were up to me. Obviously this is generational, but I was perfectly happy with the original Big 12. Happy to take Arkansas off your hands if they're available.
I've said for a long time we should go back to the 1991 arrangement, with just a few changes, SC to the ACC being one of them...
