Wife and I stopped by a local brewery yesterday to have a beer. A pop-up BBQ operation was setting up their spot. Thought you guys might get a kick out of these prices on their menu.
Didn't try it as we already had dinner plans. I looked up their social media while having our drink and it said they would be open from 4-9pm. We arrived at 4:15 and left a little after five. They still weren't ready for service.
I wish someone with TX ties would open a spot where I live. BBQ spots are a dime a dozen and most are ass

Restocked at Costco today, freezer was starting to get a little bare. Picked up some ribeyes, tri tip and ribs. Probably going to do a tri tip next weekend as it's been awhile.
I may have asked this before, but I’m looking for some smoked seafood recipes. I’d like to do something other than salmon. Any sites or cookbooks recommendations are appreciated.
Calumet Fisheries in Chicago does a smoked shrimp that is unreal, pretty sure they just use coarse S + P and smoke pretty low, it's the only time I have had smoked shellfish.
