100% chance someone was about to tweet something he absolutely didn’t want tweeted and had to pull the lever to buy the time necessary to eliminate that account.
Well if this happens then my time on Twitter is done. I’m not on there to get followers. I’m just on there to read.
I mostly enjoy Twitter during events like the Super Bowl and Nba finals when people are live stream of consciousness. This tweet limit would kill that. also, this means he’s totally Fd up ADs and is hoping to get more people to blue
Maybe this will push more people to Post. Some of the folks I follow of there haven't posted anything in a while but are still extremely active on Twitter, which is why I haven't left.
That's my gut feeling as well, like this is being floated out by him to see how much of a negative reaction. They clearly wouldn't make anywhere near enough money trying to force people to subscribe to a paid service.
I could see the tweet limits, especially as targeted to super users. 20 seems low but the followers one makes no sense. I guess someone like me that just uses it as a news feed doesn’t show up in their metrics?
Think of all the people that are just on there tomostly to read what others are saying instead of talking endlessly into the void to get followers
skiedfrillet really just wants a self driving car so he can give himself road head (he had two ribs removed in 2016), he doesn’t care which company brings it to market first
Was about to post that. That 2nd highlight wasn't necessary. You knew that fucking baby was going to fire the guy immediately
shams and woj hit those tweet numbers in the last 5 minutes this is clearly targeted at reporters and "power users" in the hopes of making them pay for the service (in which their tweets are what bring elon value, so why are they forced to pay?)
It’s almost as if “the digital public square” isn’t ideal to be monetized, you know kinda like a real public square.
