I was just gunna make a comment about white rock lake and the quality of life around it. Thank you for making it for me
Any idea what that retaining wall material is? I need a retaining wall in my new build and that's a look that would go really well with the rest of the house.
Dealing with poor people again. 5 total equipment sets to maintain. One of the bodies of water is inside the house so no pics. Grotto falls is on a lower level and to the right of the bowl feature in first picture.
The shit I have to put up with. Trying to scrape by making a living doing repairs and these people skimped on equipment at the build.
More ridiculousness. About an 80k gallon pool. Pool and house wrapping up construction. First visit. Actually very simple pool design/equipment set-up, just ginormous.
I see a waterfall, a jacuzzi, and a little table for drinks while in the pool. Congrats on your awesome pool Mr. Moneybags. But really, Features>>>sheer size.
Pretty sure he can’t use heater yet. Plaster needs ~30 days curing before heater can be turned on. There are some faster curing techniques that might allow for quicker usage but he will need to chekc with the builder. And yes, I know you were mostly joking.
Went out to give our pool guy (the one who actually does the maintenance, not the sales guy from the first post) a tip while cleaning the pool because we've had crazy storms the past 10 days so it looked like a disaster area. Showed him the quote and he said from his perspective, he didn't see a need to change copper piping, add two more returns, cancel the main drain, and all the other stuff they were proposing until a while from now (and he'd tell me when he thought it was bad). He said the only thing he'd do on my current quote is repairing the skimmer crack and replace the jets in our jacuzzi. That $20 might have saved me $10k
First time, build finished 3 months ago. Will be a long time customer. 12 warranty items placed that builder, cleaning company, or home owner was not aware of so now home owner is latched onto me like a savior of sorts. This property is all levels of ridiculous, even though it is on a condensed lot for most houses/pools of this value. Last picture here is of the indoor/outdoor kitchen. Yes, they have a commercial malt/shake blender as I guess that is how many shakes they make while swimming/grilling. Hard to tell from the glare. One of the fire pits that is located in between pool & equipment, separated by faux wall, still not complete.
Same property. Here is front fountain. Also an additional seating area/fire pit in side yard, some baby grand piano shit, a ridiculous pizza oven.
Both fountain and pool perimeter spillover into channel drains and underground surge tanks to recirculate back up. Very cool. Long term very good jobs security because of such.
I feel like I’ve seen that house before but it could also be just another California modern homes being built these days
House and pool were both “finished” within past 6 months although detail work on both is still ongoing.
That might be a good customer to break out the $100 light replacement video on. You could build some real goodwill
That filter had a label on it that said it flowed 2000 gallons per minute That's a lot of freaking water It sounded like a jet engine taking off when the tech was refilling it with water
Why does it seem like every pool cleaner/technician drives a Toyota Tacoma as their work vehicle a.tramp
