Feels like sneakers are in a weird but good spot. Kinda similar to 2014/2015 right before Kanye went to Adidas. Like then, right now Nike doesn't really have a competitor so they're cool with making most things in good supply and resell prices aren't crazy. Very little goes for over retail. When Kanye went to Adidas, Adidas and Nike got into a small batch pissing contest on who could have the most hyped shit and prices shot through the roof. Adidas seems lost right now, the only other company putting out good stuff is New Balance and there's not a Kanye type person out there that could go there and do what Kanye did, thankfully. Well at least I hope lol.
im going to be in the minority but I don’t get the hype. They are nice but nothing special and extremely boring for 160.
Don’t get me wrong they are nice and if they go down in price I’d get them but I just don’t think they are as nice as the two ugly ducklings that just released. I guess I’m more into colors than something as neutral.
Got the soft grey in the other day and can confirm the Ugly Ducklings are better quality. Need to order another brown pair.
The ugly ducklings are not imo as good of quality as the hemps. To add I have them all as I’ll buy about any am1 but I don’t think the ugly duckling quality is that great
I love the hemps. Thought todays release was a little bland, but I bet they’d go with nearly any outfit, so that’s a huge plus. I try to match my shoes with my shirt color, lol.

I love my ugly ducklings but they started wrinkling/creasing almost immediately. My hemps toe box is off centered, probably the two worst quality pairs I have.

If you're looking some something specific, like white laces with red tips or something like that, just Google sneaker laces and there's 100 sites with them. If you just want simple white or sail laces, converse is the same as Nike. Nike owns Converse. Idk why they sell Comverse laces on their site but not Nike on nike.com. They are only $3 on Converse compared to $10+ on the other sites.
when I called yesterday to have them save me a pair they said I called just in time. You can call Reynolds and Sons in Grand Rapids and if they have your size I’d go back if you want

It was dying down a lot before but its crazy how the lost and found release killed off the 1. Theyre still holding their value but a ton of others that were over $350 at some points have dropped back to barely over retail. Then there are a bunch that are below retail. If those reverse Laneys drop early 2022 they are reselling for a decent amount.

Bullshit. They are already back to $200, so $175 after fees. He's losing about $25 per pair. He's got less than 100 so he's down maybe $2500 tops. Even if he sold at the bottom and lost $50 per pair, he doesn't have 400 pairs.
One thing I learned about tik tok and twitter is that it’s filled with liars. For some reason some guy was claiming to have bought a pair of the craft 4s at Ross and that they even had the box. This was the same day or a day after they dropped. Some girl claimed to have sold a pair of pre released craft 4 for $50. She had the wrong box. It’s just weird to me.
