You could have said this a decade ago about Urban and Nick, and nothing happened. If they cared, it would have already happened
I want weed legalized federally more than anybody but what in the god damn fuck are we talking about saban and Kirby for?
I saw one betting site predict a 65% chance of passing. Figured it would be higher in a special election. How are my OK boys feeling? Hoping to have some extra fun on my next broken bow trip
I haven't been optimistic about it at all, have seen a ton more no signs than yes signs, but our bananas medicinal law passed by like 18%.
I wish you good fortunes. I'll be excited to watch your state rake in billions while texas spends its time persecuting high school athletes
We will see. I’m in similar trend of thought as LuPoor and I’m a little skeptical, as it’s still Oklahoma
I want it for personal reasons, but I would love for it to pass so Stitt loses his back door profits from licensing.
Oklahoma could be the first SEC state with legal weed. Big if it happens Seems anyone who wants a med card there can get one already and there's like a thousand dispensaries for every 100 people. So a solid med system from what I can tell
Voted yes. Of the 10 people at my polling place while I was there, I'd say it was 7-3 yes if judging a book by it's cover.
It's wild the extent to which police organizations oppose these measures. Like think about all the money this generates for so many different entities and how you can reallocate the funds that had been spent policing this plant to do some real police work. At the end of the day they only care about putting people of color behind bars
I voted yes this morning. 5 other voters there. they were definitely over the age of 70 which I’d bet a lot of money were NO votes. I was surprised it passed so easily on the medical side last time. I do think that more NO voters will turn out compared to last time simply because there is a weed store like every 100 feet and none of them go out of business. Lots of people in my small town complain about how there are too many dispensaries. Shouldn’t take long after 7pm to know the results.
Before the last election in ND the local talk radio station that isn't a chud station had a bunch of cops and DAs on to talk about how weed was a gateway drug and legalizing it means more crime and other garbage like that
I feel like as soon as I walked in they knew how I was going to vote. The Olds running the polling station weren't rude but they weren't overly friendly like they were to the older woman in front of me.
Hemp based delta 8 and Delta 9 being legal is so odd, people can’t get their head around it. We just started distributing some around the north east (d8 is illegal in NY, but d9 not). We’ve got customers ordering 10-100 cases but most won’t touch it
i can get d8 and d9 at like...bakeries and furniture stores its a bizarre status we're in at the moment
ND made D8 illegal but didn't touch D9. Makes no sense. Isn't MN in the process of legalization now thought? Ive got a job search notification set up for that state.. as soon as something opens I'm hoping to jump
Sitting here listening to Protomartyr smoking Paradise Circus watching the Big Sky MBB tourney and sending good vibes to Oklahoma
50% of votes in and 62% is against the proposal. Unless there is a major comeback, it’s over. Feels bad.
It has been like 4 years since I got my medical card but I think I had to have an Oklahoma drivers license (or ID card) and a utility bill in my name or something like that.
They have reciprocity, iirc, so if you qualify in another state you can get it. I think there's some weird loophole where you can get one online in California or a liberal state and back into it. Although it isn't worth the trouble with what is legal in the d9 edible and thca space. Imo
Anyways, you done goofed OK. I blame your young people for not voting. They probably already all have cards and didn't bother to get out
well I live in fucking Texas, so Have friends in Arkansas with cards that hook me up but it's such an unnecessary hassle
