Since this is kind of the defacto military thread now, the Air Force's three senior-most NCOs really showed the force how they're company men and women, and one of them showed their whole ass. There's been a big push for the Air Force to allow beards the last few years, especially now that women's hair regs have been toned down, and there's a lot of new tattoo accommodations now, including neck and hand tattoos, and you can have beards and/or long hair for religious reasons. The Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff outright said he doesn't support religious accommodation of hair and facial hair (a thing that was specifically laid down by Congress) and then went on a boomer-level rant of it being a UNI-form and if you want, quote, "beards and skinny jeans, you can go somewhere else," and somehow that beards are bad for discipline. This is a guy who had a beard his entire operational career on deployments. He was also wearing unauthorised uniform patches on an unauthorised uniform while saying we need to be UNI-form. He's a twat.
