No, I get it. I am not arguing that it is not a penalty. I have said this before, that I think parts of the handball rule are stupid even if they are traditional. I would much rather see a penalty given on an attacking play like a breakaway where a player is pulled down outside of the box by the last defender than a benign play like that which would have led to nothing and NF wasn’t threatening. I think something like that would be better as a free kick.
maybe, but if it were a 3-2 game and Spurs needed a goal, I'd be throwing shit at the TV if that wasn't given.
Why he refuses to play Danjuma when everyone knows Lucas is leaving to semi retire back in Brazil is such an odd choice.
Weird that it feels so different. If we win our next game or even draw than we have a better record than last year at this stage. We are actually in better shape at this point than last year.
So looking ahead to the next couple of game weeks and things are shaping up nicely for us to take command of a CL spot IF we do our job. We have Southampton this week, while Man U and Liverpool do not have games. Then there is a two week break and we come back to Everton while United plays Newcastle and Liverpool play City. The following week United play Brentford and Liverpool play Chelsea and we don't have a game. It's important for us to get the 6.
Weird start. would feel nicer if Son had judged that peach of a delivery slightly better and deposited it into the net.
I don’t recall the last time a team gave us so much room down the wings. The long switch has been on all game.
Having someone that is a legitimate threat in all that open space on the right is a nice change. Teams will have to adjust and not overload our left side knowing we had a weak link on the other side of the field.
Wow, we get screwed again. That was not a penalty and especially how the ref has been calling the game.
