I don't listen. has he seemed to be in a better place lately? it was so hard to listen to those clips right after his son passed.
Just to swing back on this, I think you're correct. This seems to be more about the new reality tv route they are taking away from E! and WWE and a shift to Amazon and possibly TNT/TBS.
Who is ready for the meltdown that will ensue when Jeff Jarrett wins the All-International Championship tonight?
Tony has a deal in place with Jefferson Starship that Jane will be played no more than 5 minutes in to each episode of Dynamite. He just doesn't have a choice.
I honestly thought Rick Martel was already in the Hall of Fame. https://www.cagesideseats.com/2023/...artel-in-the-wwe-hall-of-fame-is-long-overdue
I can't believe he is actually going in. He hasn't wanted anything do with wrestling since he left WCW in like 1999 or something.
That will be the end of my AEW experience for a while. Last week: Nice pushing the four pillars A week later: let’s give a 50 year old who can’t draw a title.
glad he didn’t let any of the wild shit the neckbeards were saying to him online about his son get to him after they went apeshit over him saying Austin and Kev don’t watch AEW
I read it taken out of context and maybe it was supposed to be a joke/sarcasm, I just thought it was weird Nash said Kenny Omega was his favorite wrestler. But then says he doesn't watch AEW. Because Steve Austin doesn't. I wouldn't let a friend dictate what I watch like that unless it was a situation where they were personally wronged and I am not watching out of support for my friend. Spoiler lol at me having friends
Someone tweeted a picture of Wheeler Yuta bleeding in his match with Mox and said something sarcastic like "Imagine what Stone Cold is thinking watching this" since there were some 'beards at the time comparing it to Austin at WM13. Nash tweeted "I can promise you right now he ain't watching" and Undertaker replied "Big pop!" and naturally people acted very normal about it with some AEW fans joking about Nash's son who just died and talking shit about Taker
pretty cool way to honor a bar mitzvah by having 4 guys the size of a 13 year old in the ring but really that was a way better way to open Dynamite than another OC match
I’m curious when they do the four way match, because I can’t imagine they hold it off until DON. I’m excited whenever it is though, that was great.
Remember that time Mox left WWE and got in really good shape and went to Japan and changed his ring gear and had really good matches and then he came to AEW and didn’t care about working out and wears a mixture of cargo/jogging pants and bleeds every match for no reason? He needs to go away for a while and reset.
even when he came back from rehab he was in great shape and looked athletic. He needs to hit the gym again and get a tan
I really like Mox when he first came in and it’s been downhill ever since. His wife talking about how hard he trains in jiu jitsu in the pre show still makes me laugh. He may train, but he refuses to actually use it in any match. He just wants to have a GCW match on national TV every week.
Just temporary. He doesn't really leave Canada anymore, has only had 2 matches outside of Canada since leaving AEW back in April
Grayson is really good. Only one in the Dork Order worth a shit and that’s the one they won’t pay but the rest are still there earning a pay check every week.
I really want to know how much Tony is paying Saraya to get X-PAC heat every week. Storm is great, she needs to get away from these two asap.
You have never really paid attention to her then. She overacts in every match she is involved in to take the focus off the wrestlers. I’m sorry, didn’t know you were an Aubrey Stan.
Brody King has such a presence. Hope they do something with him once the HOB thing is over and he doesn’t get lost in the shuffle.
