That pop when they hugged. KO just wanted his friend back. Jey is fucking gold man… can’t wait to see that match at Mania.
Does it go into the alumni it's produced? Because it is quite an impressive list. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monster_Factory#Notable_alumni
Watched some old Mania matches this morning. Vince vs. Hogan at 19. I wasn't really watching much wrestling at this time. This match was nuts. Vince doing leg drops off a ladder through the spanish annpunce table and blading like he's Mox. The pre match promo package about Hogan testifying in the steroid trial. Good shit, pal.
quarter hours from Weds Spoiler people do not give a FUCK about those trios titles. Or the Elite for that matter, apparently
Jericho learning life lessons and wore a baggy hockey sweater so he didn’t get dragged by basketball Twitter again.
One of only two, maybe three, wrestling shirts you can wear in public unironically and not look like a total dork. No one is wearing a shirt that says "right hand man" but a black and white nWo shirt is timeless.
So that rumor of Flair/Ripley closing night one was leaked by Rick and apparently bullshit and just Rick politicking for his kid.
The WM39 card is shaping up nicely, although I wish the women's championship matches had more heat to them. https://www.cagesideseats.com/wwe/2023/3/19/23647811/wrestlemania-39-card-rumors It also just dawned on me, are they ditching the Andre the Giant battle royal this year? Or does that get shoehorned in at the last second for everyone on the roster that doesn't have a match? I'd guess the latter.
I am looking forward to that three way match for the IC title more than any of the other matches. As Jim Ross would say, it’s going to be a slobber knocker.
Anything on the line in that women’s fatal 4-way? And what is the 4-way that just says TBA for all participants?
Men's tag fatal 4-way. They're doing qualifying matches for both 4-way tag matches on the TVs leading up to WM. I'm guessing the winners of each get a shot at the tag titles at the next Raw/Smackdown, but I don't think they've announced that part.
Spoiler: ratings junk Still surprised it did this well. Combined with the post game stuff and the massive commercial break between basketball coverage and Rampage, there was a good 10-15 minute break between live game and the start of Rampage. Lead-in carryover must have been massive because I can't imagine the next three quarters did well at that airtime. Would be interested to see the quarters.
Is Montez still doing all the crotch chops like he was at Elimination Chamber or was that a one-time thing?
