YouTube search osw review and thank me later. 3 Irish guys who go back and review wrestling angles ppv by ppv. They are very entertaining and like covering weird/funny angles. They started covering every Hogan ppv in wwe, but since have done an arc on the dungeon of doom, x7 and buildup, Lex express, ecw, black reign run, David Arquette title angle and most recently warrior in WCW. They also do random one offs sometimes of recent PPV and have done a couple AEW ones. Killed so many hours during covid lockdown watching them
And when I say reviews, it's not just 3 guys talking at a table like a lot of wrestling YouTube. They talk over video highlights and it's super in depth, episodes being 1-2 hrs. It took them time to find their groove so I dont recommend starting with their earliest episodes like WM 1 and 2 as your starting point. May not stick around, but it gets better (not that early ones were bad)
think Tony's trying to hook some Big Bang folk, OC's basically a sitcom character and yes he's clearly over
How big of a fucking loser do you need to be to break down minute by minute and yet… they gobble that shit up.
Poor Sting. Last few matches of his career is a match with Butcher and Blade (who I like but have been presented as a joke tag), OC, and whatever the fuck a Kip Sabian is. Darby is money though.
His cohost Matt Koon is legit one of the nicest people I have ever met. The rest of that Conrad crew is clearly along for the Conrad money train. Edit: Bromwell is a good dude as well.
Why is Mark Sterling randomly back with Jade after over a year and other managers in between later? Was that explained?
Right there is the thing that I have hated for as long as I’ve watched wrestling. Omega didn’t see something and they act like they live in a completely different universe. It’s on national tv jackass, just watch the tape. Shit is so lazy and poor storytelling.
next Rey feels a little premature until we know if he can cut a promo and act to have that total package
Rey Mysterio wasn’t cutting promos when he got popular on 96/97. He just kept having awesome matches that crowd was into. If he sticks it out in AEW that won’t be an issue.
he was also a midcarder in 96/97, he became a main eventer when he became more than just flips Rey Fenix has better size and does about 75% of what Vikingo does and he’s a midcarder/tag wrestler
