Either one of two things are going to be right: 1. We can criticize Rees even more that he didn't play / trust the younger guys and instead trotted out the same weak WR core 2. D3 is extremely over-estimating Tobias and a couple of the other young guys for subs/clicks from his "sources"
the buzz on merriweather does not come only from d3 but i think the truth is in the middle. Merriweather could’ve played a little more but I doubt it would’ve made any positive impact. Maybe on his development, but that is just a guess.
Tyler Horka is breaking down the video nd posted of the qb coach mic’ed up. I saw it on Facebook but could not post here and did not find it anywhere else. It was a fun little video with a couple good clips of nd’s qbs
You guys go to basketball games? I hear the nba is really fun but I feel like ncaa must be even more fun?
Oof, would have been when Muffet retired I think. She’s incredible, one of the best players I’ve ever watched.
I will be SHOCKED if D3 doesn’t make at least one reference to Trump’s indictment during that bender. He can’t help himself.
Read yesterday that Freeman is doing a HR derby for a cancer charity thing with the softball/baseball team. Gonna need a gif of him hitting a dinger.
He was a heavy lean to nd at first, Tennessee got him since they had a good year but maybe the shine wore off a little. Pretty sure nd has a solid shot here
Loy on Gray today: The biggest impression was made by cornerback Christian Gray, which comes as little surprise. The All-American high school standout looked the part during Saturday’s entire session. Not only did he shine during some 2nd and 3rd teamwork, but he got some 1st team reps as well, and rightfully so. Gray is so incredibly smooth and polished. The game looks easy for him despite only arriving on campus in January. His coverage skills are second to none, and he is always around the ball. During red zone work, Gray showed off his ability to stay attached to the hip of guys like Lorenzo Styles and Deion Colzie and didn’t give up a catch while also breaking up a pass using his long arms. Everyone knows his future is bright, but he looks ready to contribute now to Notre Dame.
If anyone tuned in when it went 8-2 nd winning to 11-12 nd trailing, you’re banned. I’m sorry, but thems the rules
I can't tell what's an April Fool's Joke and what isn't. So the offense looked terrible today or its all a joke?
Full disclosure, I expect this offense to suck another full disclosure, I have no idea what I am talking about
Ahh, that’s a bummer. I’ve got a ton of faith in the guy that lasted a year at West Virginia before being demoted, but I know that’s crazy Also thankful we didn’t have a shot at any of these guys so we don’t have to think “what could have been” all fall - that would have sucked lol
Lol, I’m just bummed, man. It couldn’t be more clear Parker doesn’t have the juice. We’re gonna be fine until OSU, then it’s gonna be a painful night with Parker Vs their DC. We’ll end up 9-3 and have an ok bowl game, but gonna be painful thinking “what if.” I’m waiting for the signs that Parker deserved this job, and it’s just getting worse. Rooting like hell for him though
