If the place does it right, Kung Pao. Should have Szechuan kick, not overly fried, not sugary and loaded with flavor. It’s been my most recent go-to
I made this a few days ago and it is goddamn delicious. https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/broken-dumpling-soup-pork-cabbage
I have an unhealthy love for Chinese boneless spare ribs and their unnatural red color smothered in American hot sauce
Had pork lo mein last week and the place I ordered from had egg as an add on option and I have to say I’m never not gonna order that
thanks. Folks told me Young’s and they get a giant MEH from me and seem a little pricey for what it is
I have gotten some great General Tao’s and also a shrimp po boy from Super Crab. It’s quite the eclectic place.
When I was a kid, my dad and I went to thia fucking hole in the wall Chinese buffet in the city. We're talking ceiling tiles randomly fucking falling out onto the floor hole in the wall. I was a picky ass eater so I always hit up the American food, which was pizza. For a Chinese buffet, the pizza was wonderful. The moved across the road into an old McDonald's since and my food pallette expanded. They no longer have the pizza but I definitely will put some animal cookies on my plate with honey chicken and rice.
