Beer is different in that it has the social aspect to it and there are literally hundreds of alternatives and you can find different beers right next to BL in most places. The industry is much more prone to this kind of knee jerk backlash BL is experiencing. Nike only has a few real competitors and has footholds in so many different types of products. It's easy to buy a different beer of the same shitty quality. Not so much with Nike products.

I'm not offended by anything. It wasn't just that video that caused this. It was the ad exec video and the bullshit half-assed "our bad but really not our mistake" response from BL.
