Three walks and a booted ground ball after scoring 1 run in 9 innings against the worst team in baseball Its hard to put into words how hard it was to lose that game and yet we found a way
We are now 0-2 on Braves games I've been to in the Bay, both 1 run losses. Gonna take another shot at reversing the trend at a Giants game later this year
God knows I’ve said more than anyone about my doubts about this team, and it’s becoming more prevalent by the day… but the team just looks tired. They have played what seems like 30 straight days (all of which are against pretty good teams minus the As) We need an off day in the worst way.
I didn’t realize we have a day game today. Good lord this schedule was setting us up for this embarrassment of a series.
Since Michael Harris broke his 0-21 streak, he's hitting .250/.333/.400 (99 wRC+) in 24 PA's. Hopefully he's starting to turn the corner.
I watched part of Moneyball the other night, and the parallels are uncanny. These losses won't look as bad at the end of the year. Spoiler sike
I do not remember the Gayves last year. Contrary to popular belief, I have not in fact been here before. Change scares me.
Ron is hitting .205 over his last ten games with 3 runs driven in and that’s including a 4-5 game. Whole team is ass presently, even Ron.
almost like it’s a 162 game season and you shouldn’t make dumb proclamations like this about the team with the 2nd best record in the NL because of a bad week or two idk
This is a bad stretch but doesn't negate everything that came before it that led to us having the 2nd best record in the NL and a solid division lead
we literally have the biggest division lead in baseball and quickale is acting like we’re 8 games back shameful behavior
We'll most likely win the east and be a favorite for the NL pennant, but this team is not without warts. With how streaky we are if we're in a rut come October that could be bad.
