I don’t know what the mechanism is for removing him but it has to be done. He’s turning the league in to a fucking joke
Idk. Maybe they'll get sold, and then the new owner will come in and finally fnish that nice stadium they've been building for a decade
Buddy, this shit is a tale as old as time in La Liga. Nice of you to finally take notice now that a Madrid player is being abused. I don’t recall you being up in arms when Alves was getting bananas chucked at him. The league, and teams in general, absolutely need to take drastic measures to crack down on this shit. Your team’s fans haven’t been above this shit, nor have mine. There isn’t a team in this league that doesn’t have fans that engage in this shit, which is a really unfortunate truth. Florentino has more pull than anyone else in a position of power to legitimately put the screws to Tebas and the league in general. He’s been a constant stable force compared to the clown show Barcelona has been operating over the last decade, and his team is the league’s prized possession. But nah, I’d rather not see Valencia relegated.
that reads like one of the pathetic deflections from Valencian journalists last month “oh you hate racism well why weren’t you more mad at this one thing from 10 years ago?”
Individuals throwing bananas is beyond fucked up and Alves (and I think maybe Neymar) were right to stand up and eat/throw that shit back. Anyone who pulls that kind of shit not only deserves a lifetime ban & prosecution (if possible) but needs to be taken into the bowels of the stadium and beaten mercilessly… but those incidents are a far cry from giant crowds or entire sections of a stadium chanting racist shit and death threats
You keep saying this like they all play the same spot on the field but it simply isn't true. Gundo is nowhere near a DM, he's much more of an attacking mid. No matter how much fans want to claim that Frenkie is a DM, he simply isn't. He's just a very good center mid. A box to box guy. They can all play out there together because they very clearly fulfill different rolls. It just sucks to have them out there while having to keep Pedri and Gavi on the bench. But Pedri and Frenkie basically do the same job albeit in very different ways, and Gundo and Gavi do the same job in different ways.
But here’s the thing. Pedri played. You just probably didn’t notice him because our midfield was nonexistent with the four of them together in the first half. Frenkie and Ilkay is enough box to box to not require a DM against teams that have no interest in attacking, most especially if you have Gavi out there running around with his hair on fire. If I had to guess, Pedri and Ilkay had maybe three combined touches in the first half, and that simply isn’t acceptable.
Wtf is this ESPN scoreboard, random graphics, and congrats champions! on bottom of screen. This broadcast is really bothering me
