My friends have all been using my pawn but I'm way ahead of them so their pawns aren't much use to me. I summoned a fighter last night using this gigantic fire mace. It's fun watching that guy smash everything.
Do you mean while your at the smith are your upgrade items from storage available at the smiths shop? If so, yes
I just randomly came across this yokel again in the slums of Vernworth. He handed me a time to make my main pawn a Hawker, said “Go on take it.” and then walked away without another word a king
So I just started and am at the first riftstone. I can hire pawns that are up to level 8 for no RC, is that what I should do?
You’ll swap out pawns kinda regularly. The two temporary ones don’t level up with you. But yeah, never hurts to take a look what’s out there. I don’t know if it’s worth it buying gear from the pawn vendor or not.
This maister skill for Spearhand has turned into a complete clusterfuck. Dude was nowhere to be found after I killed the dragon. Then he randomly shows up at my house in Bahkbattal with a random escort quest. Did that and still no skill and now he's gone again so I have to try and track him down again. This is the first thing in this game that has legitimately pissed me off.
I’m level 34 still haven’t done much of the main story or gotten to Battahl yet. I just keep exploring these mountainous area. The design and the sense of adventure and wonder I get from just exploring is honestly mind blowing. coming out of a long cave to find you’re way high up and can see everything is amazing plus the way they placed secrets and how to get to them is so good. fuck I adore this game man
One of my favorite worlds I've ever played. The sense of exploration is incredible. I've barely touched the story either but I've been all over.
For any spearhands, I can't recommend enough making the maister skill your highest priority. If you want to become the teleporting god they showed in the previews you need this skill.
Sometimes my pawns will say there’s a cave over here I explored before want me to show you? How do I say yes
Found a unique monster last night. I don't want to say too much because of spoilers but one of the coolest designs I've seen. Thing was creepy.
I’m on the mission where you go to the capital, I’m level 9, any tips for a beginner that I haven’t asked already? Also this game was an absolute time sink last night
My advice is to just take your time and do a lot of exploring. I think you do a disservice to yourself by just playing straight through the story. Plus you would miss a ton.
If you stay at an inn deposit everything for enhancements into the storage. Regularly swap out your 2 pawns. Explore, explore, explore the combat is not very hard compared to other games
should I spend RC on pawns or just get pawns that cost 0? Also pawn quests, worth doing them? I feel like some of these mechanics aren’t open to me yet because I haven’t made it to the capital
I haven’t had an issue with RC amounts. I did true and spend less than 100 on most pawns though. I’m sure there’s so much shit I am missing, need to walk around for hours tonight
Never hurts to go a few levels above on a pawn so you can have one for a good chunk. You’ll find RC all over the place and you’ll get some anytime someone uses your pawn
ok I’m a hoarder whether it’s items or gold or whatever, I always have a sense of dread that I’ll need something later so I haven’t been spending any RC
Look around the capital because there’s a lady who will ask you to watch her house and then after a week she’s gives you the option to buy it for 20k.
