RE Louisville: something personal happened for all these kids entering the portal right? Their collective situation couldnt be this bad?
I can't be the only one annoyed by all these portal graphics showing career stats like they mean anything when you have no idea how many games the kid has actually played. Right? They were poaching players from Miami in the winter portal season so something must have changed.
Most tweets include how much eligibility they have left so it’s pretty easy to infer how many games they’ve had the opportunity to play in.
Let's break this down with a fictional RB Player A: Fr year 35 yards 1 TD So year: 120 yards 2 TD JR year: 1100 yards 12 TD Total: 1255 yards and 15 TD in 3 years Player B: FR: 400 yards 5 TD SO: 450 yd 5 TD JR: 500 yd 6 TD Total: 1350 yd 16 TD Give me Player A all day every day
There shouldnt be any surprises, right? I would assume as soon as these spring games are/were over, news about players planning to leave would come out.
its not the narrative that was spun by some in the CFB media that there was craziness coming when the Portal opened. Looking at you Josh Pate
I guess. The ruling about getting rid of the one time transfer came out after the winter window closed. Presumably there would be more guys that would have transferred if they knew they wouldnt have to sit out. But still - you'd think we'd get news of who was planning to go.
I expect it to pop off still. Some schools may be waiting to have their spring exit meetings before knowing to what extent they need to tamper.
guy apparently wrote an article about how Omarion Hampton would be a good fit for someone like Miami looking for a running back like no shit, of course it got linked on our home board with the inevitable freak out that I imagine he was going for
Wait so is this him transferring from Iowa to Bama or is this from Iowa to Bama then to portal again?
Guessing they already tampered and are now just letting enough time pass to avoid everyone figuring out they tampered.
Saw something the other day on that show that alluded to being someone whose first or last name started with an o. I could only think of him or ollie gordon.
Trending early after being in the portal for 3 hours! Wow, that Oregon recruiting staff sure is fast!
Everyone should be rooting for this kid. I hope hes healthy enough to play and does well at his next stop.
lol Titusville Only player last 25 years worth a shit was Brix Haulstead and Lamarcus Joyner tragically ended his life in practice
