For real? BiB, Bruns, and I were talking about that. We figured you must have just lost. It appears the same thing happened in the MSU/Northwestern game. I played the game as Northwestern and lost by a score of something like 42-27 and after simming it apparently the game threw out the results and Northwestern got the win. Knew this shit was bound to happen after how smoothly the first year and a half went.
Cause it was way to easy to stop the run. I have no problem turning it back down but then we atleast need to turn the run defense down to around 40 or so cause it's too hard to run the ball outside of the draw plays.
I say leave everything at 50 then no one has an advantage. Some people are better at running than others.
People are really overestimating what turning things up one notch does. The sliders are on a scale of 0-100 and they go by 5. So the RB ability/run blocking being on 55 doesn't really make much of a difference. Same thing with the interceptions rating. If it was up to about 70 you would probably be able to notice the difference, but not at 55. Also, the sliders work both ways so it's not like this little tweak is giving one side an unfair advantage over the other.
Can't punch it in with 1st and Goal from the 1, then on the next possession my wide open receiver slips and falls on what would have been a TD and your DB makes a retarded diving catch, something I'd never seen until just then on this game. Christ. Good game Schroeds. Still can't figure out how the hell your receivers caught some of those passes when they were blanketed.
Well when someone has a 97 running back and is better at running the ball. You say we can't notice the difference then why turn it up.
gg, yeah that was the first time ive seen diving interception before, the redzone was crazy that game
Sorry i would have had my game done lasnight but it decided to freeze on me as they were giving me breaking news that nc state upset number 23 virginia. They called it a huge upset fucking retards. Oh i also got my first punt block ever in this game. Iowa was on the one and i got to it. Thought that was sort of cool.
Those in game updates annoy the hell out of me. I've looked but can't figure out how to turn them off. Just another stupid ass gimmick from this franchise that no one gives a shit about.
Madden is awesome FWIW. Gameplay is great.. really not even comparable to NCAA. Hadn't bought Madden in 5 years but they're using a new physics engine this year and it's a major upgrade. I'd recommend at least downloading the demo and trying it out. If any of you fellas are interested there are some spots available in our Madden league. Would love to have a couple of you guys in the Madden dynasty. Linked below. http://www.the-mainboard.com/index.php?threads/madden-13-online-dynasty.114309/
said that when they came out saying they'd have in game updates... whoopty fucking do, get an update about a simulated game.
Who's all going to the Iowa St game? Strunk and me are going...my sister will be there and she will be drunk n horny...and if she's like me easy.
When you wanna play BiB? I could probably play Thursday around 9:30-10:00pm depending on what time the Chiefs game finishes up.
That should work. Also do you still have openings in your madden dynasty? I think i might pick the game up this weekend.
We do. Game is so damn good. Gameplay is 100000 times better than NCAA. Was hard playing NCAA today after playing Madden. Just finally shut the game off after messing around with the online dynasty stuff for 6+ hours.
