Oh, wait, let's not forget the all time greatest Peggy fuck up: when she thinks she's a fucking archaeologist
i don't even know what the fuck you are talking about...peggy isn't supposed to be liked or respected...she's an idiot 95 percent of the time
She's an idiot 100% of the time, but she also is willing to do what needs to be done, when Hank will often just stand there uncomfortably. I've already provided examples, you want another one? How about when Luanne's mom shows up; who finally runs her mangy ass off? Peggy. Who confronts Buck when he finally takes advantage of Hank one too many times? Peggy. I'm not saying she's not an idiot, she's fucking borderline retarded, but she's also a fucking hardass.
Every time I think that this show was cancelled for the Cleveland show, it makes me want to murder the criminally unfunny Seth McFarland
I think Peggy Hill represents the wannabe independent woman. She is that mom that thinks she knows everything and is absolutely vital to the lives of everyone around her, when the reality is, she is just as helpless/dependant as every other woman, and her only skills are trivial things like Boggle that nobody gives a shit about.
Well that's like an ongoing fuck up, I guess I meant like an episode in which she particularly fucked up. I guess when she spoke Spanish so poorly she kept herself out of prison is in the same ballpark, tho.
heh, i forgot about that one. i was thinking of one of the earlier ones where they showed her actually getting to substitute teach Spanish and how bad she was at it.
while that does suck, I think it started to tail off considerably toward the end. Season ten is the last season I watch episodes from every day or so
PEGGY: Bobby, honey, um -- what do you know about sexual relations? BOBBY: I don't know. Nothing much. I'm a little worried about being a slut.
Peggy: well, what're you smiling about? Hank: huh well, I met a guy Peggy: uh huhh Hank: yeah, at the Mega Lo Mart. We have the same truck, same year, same color. Smart guy too, he knew what an L-pipe was for. It's nice Peggy: are you going to see him again? Hank: oh I don't know, you know, just a one time thing with a guy in a parking lot, you know, that's all

Just heard this gem: "I'm not sure if there's a God, or a heaven, but one thing I can tell you, your daddy's going to Hell."
Been so long I forgot Futurama used to be on Fox. I'd say now Simpsons Futurama Family Guy KOTH The real travesty about KOTH being gone is that Hank Hill was the last strong male on televised sitcoms. Everyone else is a bumbling idiot and or fatass.
recently realized that there are a ton of episodes on youtube not the same as netflix glory days but i get by
Thread is relevant to my interests. Was so into this show about 10 years ago that I named the family dog "Lady Bird".
you still cant legally buy every episode they made believe they have only gotten to season 7 or 8 released. a damn shame
love when hank meets W and he has a limp handshake "George W is gonna need every vote he can get or else it won't be called a landslide"
Is this not on Netflix anymore? I did a query and they promptly directed me to 'shows like King of the hill', before I even finished spelling King which has me feelin' that it's another case of the dreaded 'not available in your area', bullshite they hit anyone out of America.
this show is fantastic therapy. also a great thing to fall asleep to, provides a soothe similar to Ken Burns' documentaries.
Hank: "Canada? A man only has so many summers, Boomhauer. Why would you waste yours in a country dismantling its navy?"* *In the episode I'm watching now. Just perfect.
