After this amount of time it seems like it will be hard to re trace the path the wing might have taken to get an idea of impact point. If anything, finding the wing on the exact opposite side of the fucking ocean they were looking in probably says we ain't finding much, if anymore of the wreckage.
Working theory: MH370 returned from outer space to aid the search and rescue of the missing 14 year olds from Jupiter and crashed on re-entry.
If this is your ideal day, you're boring as fuck. My ideal day is partying with beautiful european sluts on a beach while it rains 100 dollar bills from the sky.
lol @ sitting on your porch while rain falls at a 6" per hour clip for an entire day, like it's a casual thunderstorm.
The report included photographs of a man holding a badly damaged object that appeared to be a "suitcase on wheels". The French language news site said the man, a local gardener, had found the bag near where the debris was discovered less than a day earlier. The photographs show the object has two rusted zippers, netting, and frayed cloth that resembles the lining seen on standard items of luggage. Wait until meeting 44 year old you. You'll need a more comfortable rocking chair and get through three pages before you need a nap. FML
Wasn't trying to be a dick to you ITT, just thought it was funny people were joking about hanging out in a hurricane
(CNN)A preliminary assessment by U.S. intelligence agencies, produced in the wake of the MH370 disaster, suggested it was likely someone in the cockpit deliberately caused the aircraft's movements to go off course before the Malaysian airliner disappeared. Two U.S. officials briefed on the matter said the assessment, which was not intended for public release, was prepared months ago and was solely based on available satellite and other evidence, and not based on more detailed findings by investigators. Another government official said the assessment is the most current view of U.S. officials based on what is known so far about the plane's fate. The intelligence assessment falls short of establishing any firm conclusions of what happened to MH370. But it could renew focus on the two pilots, or perhaps someone else, in the aircraft's cockpit. CNN reported earlier this year that U.S. intelligence was leaning towards deliberate acts being behind the plane's erratic flight, but not that intelligence had reached a conclusion.
More debris washed up. A smaller piece of metal that they think may also be off a 777. http://www.cnn.com/2015/08/02/world/mh370-debris-investigation/index.html
University of West Australia made a model that predicted that debris would wash up on this island. Doesn't help finding the plane, but let's them know that they're searching in the right area.
That they have. I just transferred over to UWA in order to finish up my major in Debris Washing Ashore Research with an emphasis on plane debris.
That they have. I just transferred over to UWA in order to finish up my Cuncentrations in Debris Washing Ashore Research with an emphasis on plane debris.
It is, Joseph. They like to say "cunt" a lot down there. And some universities like to refer to majors as "concentrations." I just mixed the two. I bet you're laughing now, huh?
How the fuck do you get confused by a ladder? "I bet that's a yolk or some kind of instrumentation from the Malaysian Airliner that was lost." "That's a ladder."
@EricNBC6: #breaking Part of wing confirmed MH flight 370. More debris, including a plane window found. @nbc6 live updates now! http://t.co/9Yi4occoI7
(CNN)Malaysia's transport ministry said Thursday that more plane parts have washed up on the same island as a wing part believed -- with varying degrees of certainty -- to be from missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. Those new items, which the Malaysians described as pieces of windows, seat cushions and aluminum material, will be tested by the same international team of experts who are looking at a piece of a wing that the Malaysians said Wednesday is definitely from MH370. An Australian agency coordinating the search for the missing airliner, however, says there is no indication so far of any new aircraft debris. "A great deal of additional material has been handed over to the police" on Reunion island, the Joint Agency Coordination Centre said in a statement. "While this is being examined, so far none of it appears to have come from an aircraft," the Australian statement.
the damn families might honestly think they went to space (CNN)It was a breakthrough in the mystery of MH370 when the Malaysian Prime Minister on Wednesday confirmed that a part of an aircraft wing that washed up on Reunion Island in fact belongs to the missing plane. Prime Minister Najib Razak did not equivocate: "It is with a heavy heart that I must tell you that an international team of experts have conclusively confirmed that the aircraft debris found on Reunion island is indeed from MH370." The search for the plane is an international effort, but Najib, as the leader of the country where the flight originated, should be a source as informed as anyone. So, why have some of the victims' families reacted with skepticism, and even anger at the Malaysian announcement? "I don't believe it," one family member told CNN. "This announcement is very irresponsible."
I'm not insensitive to how terrible it would be to lose loved ones in a plane crash, but if the flight disappeared 17 months ago with all signs pointing to it crashing into the ocean, how the fuck are you going to act like you don't know these people are already dead?
