I watch it. Pretty good and this is a fairly slow time for television. I like that it airs on Saturdays and 50 is hood as fuck in it.

How dumb to think that James wasn't in the dirt as well. Yeah he just rose to run a high end night club through fucking laundromats.
I don't see where the show can go from here. Every part of JSP and Tommies lives are fucked. Their distribution is fucked now that Ruiz will be pissed he isn't getting the territory. Their business is fucked now that the feds know who they are. The books are being fucked so JSP can't get his club back. They're going to end up having to kill every single one of the feds in town which would only bring 100 times more. Ruiz is going to be a huge problem going forward. 50 is going to be a huge problem. They're upping the drama to Soap Opera levels. What they should have done was to put the distribution on whoever Madrid or Milan or whatever is. Get them busted. Let the feds think they broke the case so they can go home.
I really feel the need to rant about this show. It had potential but they basically made Ghost unbelievable as some kingpin. Nothing about his personality makes me believe he should be in the position he's in. He shows no smarts, cunning, anything. The entire thing with Angie is dumb too. He was willing to leave his wife who is complicit and knowledgeable about all of his criminal activity, for a woman he hasn't trusted enough to tell about his dirt which means he'd have to hide it from his woman while his ex could blow it all up at any point. Just dumb. Not only that but they made that relationship so central to the plot without ever really doing a good job of laying out why it is they're so in love other than the fact that they used to be. It makes Ghost seem weak. On top of that he's supposed to be this great hustler/businessman but he never once finds out anything about what Angela does for an entire season. He also blindly trusts Kanan who's entire personality seems to be snake like. Its like they wanted to make Ghost as a copy of Stringer bell but without any of the nuance or intelligence that made that character interesting. This is supposed to be a dude from the streets but he comes off as pure corporate and doesn't have any of the rough edges you'd expect
Ghost trusted Kanan all the way to the point where it got obvious. He shot Rolla or whatever dudes name was solely off Kanan's word
The show has been Soap Opera like from the start with the whole drug kingpin reunites with long lost love who just happens to be the cop in town whose looking to take him down. Only feds that know who Ghost really is at this point is Angela and who knows if she reveals that or not, considering she's fucked unless she 100% can prove who he is and can nail him because she's already talked to him about the case and screwed up multiple other times that she's already hanging on by a string. The case against them is either going to be compromised because of all the crooked shit she's done or it'll get really cheesy and her love for Jamie will cloud her judgement about what she has to do (similar to what happened with Ghost once he found out she was feds) and she'll help him get an out. All the other stuff with Ruiz is pointless because as long as Ghost and Tommy can keep Lobos happy no one else can really do anything because they need that connect. I'll admit the whole Truth story line is going in circles at this point. My biggest issue with Ghost/Tommy empire is that no one can become as big as they did and not have any real muscle. They basically do all the killings themselves and if they had to go to war they don't even have any gunmen. I don't care how street smart someone is they can't run a drug network as big as theirs without having their own hitters that people worry about retaliation from. Whatev's though it's something to watch on Sat night and besides 50 got Lala to just so that she can have 2 minutes of semi recurring screen time on the show as she endeavors to be taken serious as an actor

I haven't tried it from my TV. I'm with Charter. I tried it online and when I chose charter it said I wasn't subscribed to Starz Play whatever that is. I'm not paying extra to watch shows on a channel I already pay for. I'm going to check in a minute if I can get it on demand

Was it ghost or Tommy that came up with the plan to steal from the Serbs? Either way they were all involved and somehow the Serbs are only mad at Ghost lol. That's shit writing. It'd be like if ten people jumped you and then you decided to work with 9 of them as your ally to get back at one of them. Makes no sense. You already know Kanan will probably try to spin it to everyone but that one kid that Ghost killed his son. Ghost will end up flipping that young guy on his side somehow. Who tore up the office? Considering it obviously showed him pour about a gallon of gas directly on 50 that's ridiculous they let him live. Tommy in the end will still back ghost
Binge watched it this week, there's some lazy holes in it at times but think it's pretty damn entertaining.
Well that was obvious based on the season 2 finale. Nigga needs skin grafts though. love his cousin though, she's cool.
I've enjoyed the season so far. Wonder if they're gonna bring 50 back into the main plot this season or have him do his own thing and split the series.
