I feel like he uses crownies to lure young boys into his '87 Astro van for some wholesome peepee diddlin'
Bought this on impulse and now am worried that the face will be too big at 47 http://www.shinola.com/shop/watches/mens-watches/therunwell47-leather-watch-s01141.html
I was then between a Bulova and the citizen I picked. Decided I always wanted an Eco drive. But I do like those Bulovas a lot.
I just want to point out that Brian Kelly gets paid millions of dollars a year and wears an under armour watch.
Nothing Fancy, but love Casio Tough Solar Atomic watches... got it for 60% off at REI Outlet & used CC points for the remaining balance
Bump: this is my watch, a Seiko SKX0033K2 (http://www.amazon.com/Seiko-SKX033K...p/B000PYGAKU/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8) that I bought about 10 years ago for $150ish. It's been great, I love it. Recently stopped working after a year where it started to slowly lose time much more than usual. Two questions: 1) Has anyone tried to repair a Seiko? I took it to a local guy who is well-regarded but works on Rolex (and mostly nicer than that) watches. Said you had to send Seikos to a central location because they didn't sell parts. Is this bogus? 2) Is it going to cost more than $150 to fix it, in which case I might rather buy a new one. Probably same price range since right now with kids, lots of debt, can't justify a big expense. Thanks for your help. Been without the watch for a week and it feels weird as hell.
Had a Pathfinder that was gifted to me from a buddy who was with DevGru. Watch was fucking awesome until the day that it literally fell apart. It lasted about 7 years of everyday beatings
The Shinola watches in this thread are really nice. Been wanting a watch kinda like this one but now setting my sights higher: http://www.armogan.com/product/spirit-of-st-louis-ocean-blue/
Nice watch, but I'd stick with the plan to save for something a little higher. You can get Shinolas for just a little more than what that costs
I think Shinolas are twice the price they should be with a quartz movement, poor value, but damn I like the bronze filson.
They are a rip off, no doubt. But they seem to be doing okay at that price-point & have somehow managed to position themselves as a premium brand. Worst case, they mark them down 50%, to where they should be, and they still profit.
My invicta was stolen during the break in a few weeks ago. I'm looking to replace it with either the same one or a similar design. I know invicta watches don't have the best reputation, but it was a good everyday watch for me. Anyone have any recommendations for automatic watches in this style for less than $200?
You can find the Seiko Monster Diver Auto for $200-250 Or the Seiko 5 Auto for $125-150 The 5 has been posted in here several times... Here's the Monster Spoiler I actually think this is the newer model...
There's an aftermarket bracelet that makes the monster look great. I lost mine but really enjoyed it. Think it was made by watchadoo but I could be wrong
Bought this watch a few year ago, Seiko Auto Diver - can't stand the band anymore. Anyone have any band rec's with this watch or similar? http://www.amazon.com/Seiko-SKX009K...im_241_23?ie=UTF8&refRID=1EKT1FDWSF37Z3P3GKEA
Not a real big watch guy but my girlfriend bought me this for my birthday. It's been an interesting conversation piece
I love autos. The engineering that goes into a watch alone is cool, but throw in technology that allows it to run just by wearing it is amazing.
pretty sure I left my fucking watch in a golf cart on friday. been looking everywhere. can't find. much sad. course couldn't find it Find me a new watch Fam. I need a strap, no links. And prefer to keep it under ~$250. Could buy the same one I lost for $145 so that is the optimal max price for reference - this is the one I lost and fits my style perfectly. not to busy of a face.
Amazon is having lightning deals on a shit load of watches right now. I'd check there. http://www.amazon.com/b/ref=lp_1319...mid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&node=13196887011&lo=fashion
Idk when I'm buying this but pretty sure it will be my next purchase. Would like to find a used one in good condition
thats true but I've been in one of their stores before and dont think I would have an issue buying one from them without papers. unless you're are just thinking about being able to resell it
All of our Tag Heuer watches are 25-50% off for Black Friday. Free shipping and no sales tax. Sorry if you ask me something and I don't get back right away. We are very busy. As always thanks to all of yall who inquire! I really appreciate it.
