Faldo doesn’t really bother me but he seems like he’s going to quickly become that grumpy old head that just refuses to adapt and stays entrenched in his ways.
Update: no topped drives! Still blading the shit out of wedges. Thought about driving my cart off the cliff today. Worst 9 of my life
The Shotgun Start spotlight on him also pointed out that when he won the Masters in 96 that he had the co-ed there
Not sure if you are making the same error I was, but the second option he talks about in this video is what I was doing. The drill of lifting my right heel completely fixed it. Essentially it was improper weight shift. Ymmv
Good tips, I’ll have to keep an eye out on that. I just think my swing has completely changed since after my last surgery and needs to be reworked.
I think they can make it work. And they are doing a good job so far. But using number of tests isn’t the best barometer. Everyone is being tested multiple times every week. There are about 300 players and caddies, so seven total out of that sample size is a little less encouraging and more in line with general infection rates. But their protocols should really help prevent large outbreaks, hopefully.
I think they’re making it work. 3 weeks with 120 player fields each week, two positives that were identified and dealt with immediately. The numbers say this has been handled very well. This seems like it’s been handled pretty well to anyone with realistic expectations - especially with the current explosion in positive results around the country. They are controlling what they can control. The players universally agree. I would feel safe there compared to anywhere else I could go now as a civilian.
Bryson with the 428 yard drive on a 460 yard hole and missing the green with his second shot is an interesting sequence.
What's general rule of thumb on getting paid out in Draft Kings - like how many of your players need to make it to the weekend typically, etc? I'm about 1,200 out of 10,000 in the contest I'm in right now with Leishamn (T4), Byson (T9), Hovland (T9), and Casey (T42) making the cut. Moore bogeyed 3 of the last 4 holes to miss the cut by 1 stroke, and Bradley had an awful day. Should I be in good shape because I have 3 in the top 10 right now, or do you typically need 5 or 6 to make the cut to finish in the money?
You'll need at least 5, usually 6 to make any real money. Obviously there are exceptions like if you have 4 in the top 5 or something.
It will really be tough on a weekend like this with guys going low. On weekends when the scores are higher you can get away with guys missing the cut, but with so many birdies out there it’ll be hard to cash
The course looks so amazing without the grandstand and people everywhere. I want things to get back to normal when its time but some of those shots of the course were incredible.
Like others have said, you’re screwed unless you get minimum 5 of 6 to make the cut. Usually always have to have 6/6 make the cut to make any real money
That's what I assumed. Hopefully it's a little bit more lenient for these recent tournaments because the fields are 150 deep and stacked, but I assumed I was probably in trouble when Moore fell apart down the stretch.
Wrong thread but while I'm here, today I leaned there is such thing as Cara Banks and that I overrate her.
Grow the game! Force people to pay to watch when there’s literally no other sports on. Golf can’t get out of its own way.
i thought you could use the cbs sports app, but it doesn't look like it. good thing i can cast to my roku tv with win10
DJ has low round on course and is leading.. Haven't seen a shot. Enjoying watching Phil's group of misfits though.
