I want The Acclaimed to have a title reign in 2022, Max's ring work isn't the greatest but as a tag team and act they're great.
I love the acclaimed and there’s some fantastic lyrics in that song. Also I like how Anthony Bowens can just be gay and it’s not his character, it’s not about that…just like a real person
Caster is going to be a star and I didn’t even know Bowens was gay until a couple of weeks ago when Cageside did a list of top LGBT stars in wrestling.
Moxley is confirmed as returning to the ring next week at the GCW Hammerstein PPV where he is defending the GCW title against Homicide. Really excited for that match. Homicide needs to win the title in NYC.
Y'all have your favorite Shawn Spears to thank for Bowens. Maybe he would have found his way to AEW anyway but during that find a tag partner thing Spears was doing where randoms sent in promos Bowens was one of the entries lol It's pretty cool both guys wanted to be singles, but TK had an idea and put them together. Now they're great friends and a great tag team.
“I heard sting talking tough, like there’s something wrong, me and bowel’s bout to hit your ass with a buckle bomb” Sting
that promo he put on for Mania a few years back is still one of the best baby face fire showings in recent memory
I know nothing about WWE. I know this guy, is he popular at all? Lol https://prowrestling.fandom.com/wik...July 24, 1990,Street Profits with Montez Ford.
Back when I watched NXT when they were in it, I thought the Street Profits were pretty good. According to their Wiki, they are only the second tag team to win the NXT, Raw, and Smackdown tag titles and were named WWE tag team of the year in 2020.
every time I hear one of those generic names they force on people I just picture Stryker from Mortal Kombat 3
My favorite WWE name change of all time is the headcanon I have of some white guy backstage seeing Uhaa Nation and saying 'oh he's like Apollo Creed meets Terry Crews' and then deciding Apollo Crews is the greatest stage name they could possibly give him.
Sounds like Vince is going to have Finn Balor jobbing out to the top guys https://wrestlingnews.co/wwe-news/vince-mcmahon-has-given-up-on-pushing-a-wwe-raw-star-as-a-top-guy/ Last night, it was made clear on WWE Raw that there are no long-term plans for Finn Balor as a top star in the company. Austin Theory scored a clean pin over Balor on Monday Night Raw in 6 minutes and, in the process, he made his mentor Mr. McMahon happy. Theory has been appearing in backstage segments with McMahon for weeks and in real life, McMahon sees Theory as someone who can break out as his next big star. WrestlingNews.co spoke with someone in WWE about Balor’s clean loss to Theory and we were told the following: “Yea, Finn was moved into the spot that Jeff Hardy had. He’s just there now to help get over the younger guys. There was a pitch to make him heel but that was weeks ago and I haven’t heard much about it since then. Vince never saw Finn as more than just a mid card guy. Heyman would have pushed him to the moon but Vince just never saw it. Austin [Theory] is going to get time to shine in the Rumble match. Last I heard was he will be in the final 4 or 5 at the end of the match.” The same source also told us that McMahon feels that Theory will become a main eventer within the next year.
Finn never did it for me... Not on NXT or main roster. I'm sure AEW or NJPW will scoop him up once the contract is up. Whatever the hell is going on with Vince and Theory storyline wise sucks. But Theory is uber talented
I don’t buy it, I think that was strategically leaked to try to get Finn an underdog sympathy push from the fans
is The Demon trademarked by WWE? Because if not, House of Black summoning the demon to even the odds in a future feud with the Undisputed Era pretty much prints money
never liked Finn's portrayal of "The Demon" tbh, was basically just Finn only he pranced around more during the entrance with paint and tassels on
