This has never made sense to me. That company was founded by a member of the Nazi party and still bares his name. They designed and manufactured the SS uniforms. To each their own but I'm not wearing that dudes name.
Yep. I hope for It'sAlwaysSunnyInAthens sake he's never driven or rode in a VW, Audi, or Porsche otherwise we've got ourselves a hypocrite.
Andy was just over the moon with the cut in exempt players. Pull the plug on the Champions Tour and he would lose his mind.
I think Cantlay is just a real socially awkward dude. He made like $20m in on-course earnings last year, after Rory he’d be toward the top of my shocker list to go
I mean if you are sponsored by Goldman Sachs and aren't going to the biggest payday then what are even doing here
Gonna go Rhoback based on hearing about the collars, have way too many polo brand performance polos that are good but the collars suck so am looking to upgrade
The Open has announced that they will let LIV members who are qualified plan in the event. The four majors should have banded together and told them all to pound sand. They are letting LIV gain momentum.
They have caveat it being limited to 2022. But they are “Opens” which means their main recourse is using the OWGR to submarine the Saudis. Augusta holds all the keys. They not only can rely on OWGR, but have wide discretion since theyre an Invitational.
Our only hope is they find Greg Norman, his Bitcoin Son, and his Excellency Crown Prince Al-Bonesaw to be such an unbefitting clownshow that they flex on them. And Im not ruling that out. But the easiest method is for the 5 Families to rig the OWGR (absent the DP Tour going into business with Saudi Arabia)
Yeah pretty sure the opens are sticking to their guns and taking guys based on ranking. Like others have said this thing hinges on Augusta/OGWR
They won't be able to do that with their lifetime exemption rule. They're going to have to make a decision one way or another on the guys that have won their tourney regardless of where their OWGR falls to.
It will be interesting to see how they approach it. Regardless even if that's what they do, they'll have to at minimum put out a press release to clear up the questions they'll eventually get.
I think thats what they do to. Assumption is the deterrence from future winners is more imperative than the current living champs. But there was a rumor that they told Willett they did not approve of LIV.
