My part of Crestwood North never lost power, which is a miracle. I’ve got friends in other parts of the metro that aren’t getting power back until tomorrow
Power only flickered for me in Chelsea. Flickered a bunch but never lost power for more than a second. Charter is down though internet and TV have been out since about 1am. Thank god for LTE.
and I live on 280, (highland lakes) before Chelsea but it’s easier to reference Chelsea than reference an odd part of 280
I'm always shocked (no, really) by this stuff. Nothing ever seems that sketch to me there. Now, Parkway East Walmart...
Saw a buddy voted at Valleydale and was in line for 2 and a half hours before he even made it to where he could see the entrance to the building.
Birmingham Botanical Gardens for me. I got there at 7:00 and left at 7:45. Lady Tegg went at 2:30 and was literally the only person there.
3hrs for me in Vestavia at the Horizons church on Columbiana. John Merrill showed up and attempted to get the line moving.
did mcelwain at 815 this morning since neither my wife or have changed our licenses. in and out about an hour and a half.
fun fact -- i got in my first fight at mcelwain when i was like 4 years old in pre-school. kid's name was matthew matthews, tried to test me every day. remember it vividly.
Tried to vote at McElwain at 7:15 and 11:05 and both times there was limited parking so I nope'd out. Got there at 2:40 and was back at the office around 3:30. Glad to know I saved myself ~30 minutes for extra TMB/Twitter
I’ve never waited more than 3 people to vote at MB City Hall. Line was consistently all the way from City Hall to Crestline Bagel from 6:30 til 12:30. Took about 40 minutes
Avondale Elementary for me, wife waited an hour and a half at 10:00...I went back at 2:30 there was no line.
I literally just hired them. Way below quotes from others and basically told me they were trying to sell me shit I didn’t need
Crestway Church voter here. Took about 30 minutes. Timed it right bc other folks had 1-1.5 hour waits
Had to run several errands today and every time I drove by McElwain it was packed. I got there right around 7 and was out around 8:30. Fully expect to have the ‘rona now based on how packed and unventilated it felt.
Hearing that Trussville is 3+ hour wait. BFF just got a text that, after 3 hours in line, her colleague can now see the building.
Well after listening to Auburn fans this season..... it doesn't sound like they will be celebrating at Christmas.
