Cut the duct in the floor out of the way. Sawzall or snips should work. You don’t want a wall grill on the floor. They’re not made to be stepped on.
Covered patio is basically done. Just needs the downspouts, fireplace, and step. We also may end up painting it to to match the house or staining it darker. Before (don’t mind all the kids stuff everywhere): Spoiler After: Spoiler
House Hunters is such a great show. The format really puts on display the “hunter’s” sense of gratitude and contentness (or lack of). Some people are bitching about the size of the pool while others are gushing over a phone booth sized “walk-in” closet. Perspective is everything.
Theres a new show that shows people moving due to remote working the amount of money people pay to live in NYC/LA/DC is outstanding
Busting through some concrete on the skirt of my patio to pony fence in my side yard to contain most of my smoking & grilling equipment. Got to keep it out of reach of my 15 mo man child who I found standing on my kitchen island this week. Going to put post 8’ above ground on the 2 patio corners and hand a sun sail to the 6’ side yard fence to get it somewhat out of the weather.
Honda is basically sold out of everything too, trying to find another eu2200i and they are on national back order.
I've heard some pretty good things about the electric weekenders I've got a lot to weedeat. But I think if my gas echo ever takes a shit I will probably go for an electric one. Makita would probably be my choice since I am already invested in their cordless line.
this is an available competitor that’s pretty darn good for the price https://www.ohiopowertool.com/brands/dewalt-power-tools/dewalt-generators/dewalt-dxdni2200
My wife wants a backup generator in case we lose power during the winter but having the breaker box in the basement kinda makes it tough.
Get a shovel and a hole saw. And some very good sealant. Aren’t you like an an Electrical Engineer or something or did you flat just give that up to be a full time trophy husband?
Can second the ryobi, love mine. Got a leaf blower that runs off the same battery so it’s nice to have a second one.
