I am going to watch Georgia Alabama and it’s going to feel like watching aliens play Slamball or something. We are so far away from threatening to win anything.
I wish I could bottle the feeling of the first quarter against Clemson in the playoff. I'd drink a whole case and then blow my brains out. Figuratively speaking, of course.
All those crossing routes from last week were a bad idea against man coverage, huh Tom? He hasn't earned the right to be Tommy.
that feeling that we were legitimately competing with the best? yeah that felt awesome, came crashing down pretty fast though
Do we even throw downfield anymore? Can Book for once check down and look at other options? Obviously I'm yelling into oblivion here, but still.
This but when future child murderer Cierre Wood ripped that run straight down the middle of the field at Oklahoma. That was the top of this mountain.
You guys surely do not remember this but I missed the first part of the game when Nd was winning, I was out at a standup show. When I came back and started to watch the game things started to turn. I still feel bad about it to this day. Should’ve stayed out to get some drinks or whatever.
the epic collapse of Everett golson would’ve been a bigger story, so it’s probably a good thing Nd lost that game
I usually rewatch the game late night just to watch loosely without any emotion because I know the result. Should I do this again tonight or just stab my balls with a nail a few times and call it a night?
It could change tonight, but I don't consider Bama to be at their recent level these days. They're still a talented program and always near the top, but not the indestructible steamroller they've been.
My tv blew over and shattered in the 3rd quarter, helplessly watching it fall is pretty much how watching the game felt. 4-0, I guess.
it’s october, horror movies are my go to this month and what could be more terrifying than watching Ian book playing quarterback?
i think he meant it like we gotta give him more opportunities because the other guys are clearly not doing the job. Javon and slowronek are not it
In his press conference this week, Brian Kelly mentioned Jordan Johnson looks good enough to play right now but isn’t because of veteran WRs peaking ahead of him. This is their peak, huh?
i hated when he said that, I did not brought it up because I didn’t want to sound negative. And he also said that he did not want Chris tyree to be too impactful. I mean what the fuck?
Can I get an official quote there? Not that I don’t believe you, I just need to know exactly how to react to what he said
Pretty sure he meant that he doesn’t want to put too much on their shoulders. 8:20 and it goes on for a couple of minutes
This is a coach that plays not to lose against inferior opponents. And he’s figured out a way to make it work in those games because our streak of not losing to unranked teams is actually quite impressive. But it breeds a culture of being only above average, which is why we puke all over ourselves when we play teams equal to or better than us.
exactly, playing skrownek over Austin or even Johnson is a perfect way to win agains purdue but get absolutely destroyed by Clemson. Prepare the best players to play in the biggest games.
At least fsu looks way better, Nd gave them the confidence they needed. The same will probably apply for louisville
I know I said I wasn’t going to start spinning this terrible performance until tomorrow morning but watching fsu dominating number 5 North Carolina makes me want to start right now.
Oh Buddy if you’re not already back to nd winning the championship this year, you’re not a true believer. Is been like 3 hours by now
