I mean, I still can't believe France lost the Euro...but if they lose the WC it'll be a major upset. Just insane talent across the board. And so much fun to watch.
I like them a ton too, but irrc Brazil and Germany have better betting odds right now. France 3rd. Argentina 4th. Lot will depend on the draw, would be a shame if any of those 4 had to meet prior to Semis.
It's pretty crazy how people always ignore Germany because they don't look great on paper, they're a freaking tournament winning machine. Italy also very similar.
Yea I think with the proximity to Europe we are looking at a France v Alemania final. Provided that the Draw allows that. Those two operations have really begun to separate themselves from the rest. If Belgium had a manager of quality, their golden generation could make noise. Your Chilean side could make a run, but not sure their if Final quality there. Spain not getting enough love. Most interested to see Argentina's form with Sampaoli.
Brazil is also on fire lately. I dont think Chile's defense will allow them to be a title contender but I expect them to reach the quarters. First they gotta qualify tho

Werner is the kind of player you'd think teams would be offering loads of cash for this summer but German football is so weird it's just like a foregone conclusion he will be Lewandowski's replacement for a reasonable transfer fee most likely next summer.
Yep, he's really good. German's biggest weaknesses over the last cycle(striker and fullbacks) are now a strength
